We are glad to announce that now Ucell present more flexible conditions for its subscribers within the framework of "Promised Payment" service.

If previously, in order to be able to receive a loan using "Promised Payment" service, you had top up your balance for at least $3 during the last 60 days, now minimum amount of loan can be received if you have topped up your balance for at least $1 for the last 60 days.

New conditions for receiving a loan:
