Internet packages for TAS-IX
Package activation is available for subscribers of all Postpaid account categories.
Activation and use of internet packages is available only in active status.
If at the time of assigning of the internet package there are not enough funds in the balance, activation will be unavailable.
To assign packages to corporate clients of the Company, the person for whom the corresponding numbers are registered must provide a written request to the Company.
"TAS-IX internet packages" can be activated or deactivated through the company's own offices for corporate clients.
Torrent files (download file, torrent protocols, bit torrent) downloaded from sites (including TAS-IX sites) will consume internet traffic within the internet package for all directions or under the terms of the tariff plan.
The list of IP-addresses within TAS-IX zone can be found on the official website of the Company.
“TAS-IX internet packages” are assigned without automatic assignment function.
“TAS-IX internet packages” do not have the function of auto assignment, therefore, to continue using in the next period, the subscriber must reconnect the packages.
When you reconnect before the expiration of the valid Internet package, the traffic included in the new package is summed up with the rest of the unused traffic. In this case, the validity of the traffic left over from the previously purchased package is extended.
The validity period of the traffic will be set equal to the validity period of the last activated internet package.
Upon successful charging of the subscription fee, the traffic will be assigned in full, and its validity period will be equal to 30 days.
The service cannot be activated if one of the following services is active: “Smart Block”, “Smart Internet”.
For the internet package to work correctly (if internet session is active at the time the internet package is activated), it is necessary to interrupt the session, connecting of internet package and then resume the session.
It is important to remember that when loading sites with correct IP addresses from a personal computer or any other device, animated ads of third-party resources may also be loaded on the sites, which will spend funds from the main balance.
When using internet from smartphone or tablet, funds from the main account will also be spent on background data download (updating applications, messages from instant messengers, etc.).
In order to avoid cases of additional costs for internet traffic, the subscriber is recommended to purchase one of Internet package in advance to use resources that are not in TAS-IX zone.
