Dear subscriber, after successful activation of the package when using internet in roaming for the first time, 100 MB is provided at the maximum possible speed, then - at a speed of up to 64 Kb/s until the end of the package or until activation of a new limit.

• Activation and usage of internet traffic within packages is available only in the active status and with active roaming service for all Ucell subscribers;
• Activation of the package is available both on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad within the networks of operators who are our roaming partners (see Zone of Action);
• To assign packages, corporate customers must provide a written request to the Company;
• To assign packages to individuals with types of "individual" and "Corporate VIP" categories, you must send a request *969# or contact the Company office and fill in the corresponding application for activating the service.
• For correct work of the packages, in case you have an active internet session at the moment of activation, it is necessary to interrupt the session, connect via USSD-request *969# call and then restart the session;
• Please note that the packages will only be available within the following networks, the packages will not work within the networks of other operators;
• After sending a request to activate the package, you must wait for an incoming SMS message confirming the successful assignment of the package. If you did not receive an SMS message, we recommend to use the USSD-request *969# to check the activity of the service. If the package is not assigned, charging for internet will be carried out according to zonal pricing in roaming. In these cases, the Company does not recalculate for the provided services;
• If at the moment of subscription fee charging there are not enough funds on the subscriber's balance, the package will not be assigned and it will not be available. The package can be deactivated, and also reactivated any day of the month, via USSD-request *969# call;
• All packages are provided without auto prolongation; packages will be deactivated automatically after expiration. To re-connect, you must provide a written request to the Сompany. Individuals with types of categories "individual" and "Corporate VIP" need to dial USSD request *969# call;
• If you re-activate the package while having an active one, you must deactivate the current package and then activate a package of any par value. At the same time, Company does not recalculate funds for unused period of the package;
• To disable packages dial *969# and follow the instructions;
• Price for a one-day package is 88 000 soums, it is charged once for one period of the service validity. The service is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation;
• Price for a seven-day package is 555,000 soums, it is charged once for one period of the service validity. The service is valid for 7 days from the moment of activation;
• Price for a fourteen-day package is 999,000 soums, it is charged once for one period of the service validity. The service is valid for 14 days from the moment of activation;
• The included traffic volume of 100 MB at the maximum speed is assigned for a period of 24 hours after subscription fee charging. With 7 and 14-day packages, 100 MB will be provided at the maximum speed every 24 hours from the moment of package activation;
• At the end of the allocated limit, internet speed is set up to 64 Kb/s until the end of the packages or the provision of a new limit.
• Bonus included in the package is available in 2G and 3G networks only.
