With “Number freeze” service you can easily reserve your subscriber number during long period of non-using the services of the Company.

The rest of the limits on the balances is set to zero at the end of their validity period.
Swapping to “Number freeze” service is free.
Postpaid clients can activate the service only upon visiting Corporate clients service department and filling out the application form.
In case when a client’s balance is positive, but insufficient funds to charge subscription fee, then subscription fee charges fully and client’s balance becomes negative. Maximum period of being with negative balance is 30 days, then the number is terminated according to agreement for the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication network services.
Subscription fee is not charged when a number is blocked. When the number swaps from blocked to active status the Subscription fee is charged next day. A subscriber’s number status is checked within 30 days until Subscription fee is charged.
It is impossible to activate this service when roaming services are active.
Upon activation of "Number Freeze" service, the existing tariff plan of the number will be changed. When deactivating "Number Freeze" service and reactivating the subscriber number, the subscriber must select the tariff plan again. Subscription fee will be charged according to the terms of the selected tariff plan.
