International calls

"Whole World" service

Communicate with CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan) only for 1500 soums per minute, and with other countries of the world for 5000 soums per minute with “The whole world” service!

The service is activated by default for all Postpaid system subscribers. In this case, the connection fee and the subscription fee are not charged.

Imortant!

In case the service is deactivated and reactivated again, the activation cost of the service will be 500 soums, and the subscription fee is 100 soums per day.
Entity who has registered appropriate numbers needs provide written form of address to the Company for service activation or deactivation
To assign services to Individuals with the types of categories Companies Individual and Corporate VIP must request *250# and call, or contact the office of the Company and complete the appropriate application for service activation. For service deactivation needed to send USSD request *250*2#.
To check the status of the service you need to dial *250*3#. The status checking is available for all corporate subscribers.
The activation fee and daily fee is deducted from the subscriber's account during the first days after the activation of the service, lower tariffs are applied immediately after the write-off activation fee and monthly fee. Subsequent daily fee is charged once a day.
If the subscriber does not have money to charge the daily fee, and the service was activated earlier, the service will not be available as long as the daily charged is paid successfully.

International calls are made through a standard set of + < country code> < city/operator code> < phone number> or 00 < country code> < city/operator code> < phone number>.

International call cost is sum up of the total sum of outgoing city call airtime and corresponding international tariff.

To activate and deactivate any additional offer you need to fill application form and visit Service Department of Corporate clients.
