With the "SMS details" service you can receive more detailed information on charges for voice calls, SMS, MMS, internet and the payment amount since the beginning of the month.

By sending free request to *400#, you will receive the answer as the following SMS message:

Short information from hh:mm po hh:mm - till 23:59:59.*
Calls - $XXX(YYYYYmin) - Outgoing calls within Uzbekistan ( calls within network, calls to other mobile operators, calls to landline);
SMS - $XXX(YYYY) - Outgoing SMS within Uzbekistan ( including SMS for paid content services);
Internet - $XXXX - Internet traffic;
MN calls - $XXXX(YYYYmin) - International outgoing calls (including alternative dialing);
MN SMS - $XXX(YYY) - International outgoing SMS;
Other charges - $XXXX – Other expenses**

*The amount of charges will be formed since the beginning of the month to 23:59:59 for the previous 2 days.

**Other expenses include:

  • Outgoing calls to content /VMS/VAS;
  • Outgoing SMS to content /DJ/VAS;
  • User charges  for tariffs and services;
  • One-time services;
  • Incoming/Outgoing calls in roaming;
  • Outgoing SMS in roaming;
  • "Mobile support" service.
Note: $XXX – Amount of spent money. YYY – Volume of used services.
