Blocking conditions!

Restriction in the provision of services when the amount is below the cut-off threshold set by the Company:

Subscriber numbers of legal entities and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Client) are blocked when the balance of funds on the Client's personal account drops to zero and/or if the balance is negative.

The number of days in the blocked status is 90 days.

In the blocked status:
  • Up to 30 days of being in a blocked status, free incoming calls and SMS, calls to IVR, calls to emergency numbers and service numbers, account replenishment are available;
  • If the Client's personal account is not replenished within 30 days from the moment of blocking, then on the 31st day all calls are blocked, except for outgoing calls to service numbers and incoming SMS;
  • If the Client's personal account is not replenished before the expiration of the period of stay in the blocked status (90 days), the Agreement is terminated and subscriber numbers are transferred to the list of free numbers;
  • Upon termination of the Agreement, the Parties must make mutual settlements for all their obligations;
  • For subscriber numbers connected within the framework of the “Special number” service, the following conditions apply, specified here
Restriction in cases of violation of the rules for using the Company's services:
  • The term for blocking subscriber numbers to which the Company has restricted/suspended the provision of services in accordance with clauses 3.1.2.e) and 3.1.2.f) of the Agreement for the provision of services of the cellular radiotelephone network in the Postpaid system (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is 30 calendar days from the moment of blocking.
  • To resume the use of services for blocked subscriber numbers before the expiration of 30 days from the moment of blocking, the Client must:
    • An individual needs to apply to one of the Company's own offices with an identity document and a SIM card of a blocked number;
    • A legal entity must submit a written request to the Company.
  • A subscriber number is not subject to unblocking if the number was used to install access gateways to a fixed network and IP telephony, manufacture for sale or sale and distribution of special software or hardware to obtain illegal (unauthorized) access to a protected computer system, and to telecommunications networks, as well as illegal (unauthorized) access to a telecommunications network for the purpose of using it and passing international traffic bypassing established protection systems, as well as storing and creating conditions for the operation of special software or hardware designed for these purposes and other activities that lead to malfunction of the equipment or communication devices of the Company. After 30 days, the subscriber number is terminated, and the Agreement is terminated by the Company unilaterally.
  • If the subscriber number has been blocked due to lotteries, voting, competitions, advertising, surveys, mass mailings, the Client must submit an application to the Company for unblocking and not using the subscriber number for the above purposes further. The Company reserves the right to refuse to unblock and terminate the subscriber number unilaterally after 30 days.
