Tariff "FACT PLUS"

Dear Clients!

We inform you that from April 1, 2023 “3G Modem”, “Profitable union”, “TARIFF 100”, “TARIFF 300”, “Profit 30”, “РO Patriot РР”, “FACT PLUS SPLIT”, “3 Giga Split” and “Special 100” tariff plans will be closed. We recommend you to switch to any available tariff plan until March 31, 2023 (inclusive).
- Individuals can change tariff to any available tariff plan by corresponding USSD request, through Ucell Corporate Customer Support Service (8111) and at the Company's own offices.
- Legal entities can change the tariff plan by written application at the offices of Corporate Services and through corporate mail to corporate@ucell.uz
Attention! From April 1, 2023 subscriber numbers that have not changed the “3G Modem”, “Profitable union”, “TARIFF 100” and “РO Patriot РР” tariff plans will be transferred to “For Business 20” tariff plan. Subscriber numbers that have not changed the “TARIFF 300”, “3 Giga Split”, “FACT PLUS SPLIT”, “Profit 30” and “Special 100” tariff plans will be transferred to “For Business 30” tariff plan.

This tariff plan with maximum beneficial prices for calls, SMS and GPRS traffic.

It is recommended to private businesses and employees who communicate mostly within the Corporate Group.

All corporate subscribers are switched to “Corporate group” service by default.

From October 17, 2022 multimedia messaging service (MMS) is not available.


Bundles of services

0 sum charging until the end of the month for calls within the corporate group will be available only when optional Minute packages are activated. In case packages are not activated, and deactivated charging will be made by 84.20 sum per minute.

* Provided that the subscribers of the tariff plan "Fact Plus" have a Minute Package (intended for use on these tariffs and services), the intra-corporate group will be charged at a cost of 0 soums per minute before the end of the current month. In the opposite case, the tariffication of the intracorporate group will be carried out at a cost of 84.2 UZS per minute of the call.

Until 20.10.2020, the first quota of tariffed information Internet service is 128 KB. Further quota size is 64 KB.
From 20.10.2020 the quota of tariffed information– 16 KB.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PRICES

Prices are inclusive of taxes.

Information
  • The monthly tariff fee is charged monthly on the 1st day of the calendar month: the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 1st day of the next month regardless of the date of activation / swap to a tariff plan.
  • The monthly subscription fee is charged proportionally until the end of the calendar month for new activation /swap to the "FactPlus" tariff plan.
  • If the subscriber number is in a blocked status at the moment of charging the monthly tariff fee, the monthly tariff fee will not be charged. In this case, the monthly subscription fee is charged fully upon subscriber number switches to active status, regardless of the date of the calendar day.
  • If subscriber balance is lower than amount of monthly fee, than subscription fee will be charged with full amount and balance will go to negative amount at the moment of subscription fee charge time.

The tariff is available for legal entities only.

To make transition to another tariff you need to fill application form and visit Service Department of Corporate clients.

In connection with the features of accounting and charging of Postpaid services:

  1. During subscriber long-term Internet sessions upon availability of allocated MB Internet traffic packages, the subscriber balance can be negative; 
  2. Tariff plan is changed from the 25th date up to the last date of a calendar month once time.

Maximum period of blocking the number is equal to 90 days.
