If the subscription fee is successfully debited, the subscriber will be assigned bonus funds in accordance with the selected tariff. The subscriber can spend Bonus funds: on calls and SMS within Uzbekistan or on Internet at special rates. In this case, after the end of the Bonus funds, the subscriber can use the services from the main (Shadow) balance at a set price within the framework of his tariff until the end of the current period.

Debiting the monthly subscription fee and assigning bonuses on Profit tariff plans:

Subscription fee on the tariff plan is charged every 1st day of the calendar month;

Bonus funds for special billing within the tariff plan are assigned only after the monthly subscription fee for the current period has been successfully debited. Bonuses, provided according to the tariff, are available only in active status. Unused bonuses within the tariff plan become unavailable in the new period.

Charging of subscription fee and assigning of limits on tariff plans occurs on a monthly basis from 00:00 to 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed). The subscriber must be in the active status to charge the monthly subscription fee. If the subscriber`s number is in the blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not deducted. But the billing for the use of the services will be special.

If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than the amount of subscription fee, in this case the monthly subscription fee is charged once in full. Bonus funds become available immediately after transition to active status.

If at the time of the monthly subscription fees debiting the subscriber's number is in blocked status, the monthly subscription fee will not be charged. If the status changes from blocked to active, the full cost of the subscription fee is debited on the next night, and bonuses are credited in full. Status verification is performed by the system within 30 days prior to successful debiting;

When connect to the tariff, the monthly subscription fee and bonuses are assigned scaled if there is enough funds on the balance of subscriber.

Calls to information and entertainment services as well as international destinations do not spend bonuses within the tariff plan.

Bonuses, provided within tariff plans are not available for subscribers which are in roaming.

Remained bonuses within the "Profit" tariff line is set to zero upon the swapping to other available tariff plans.

When purchasing additional packages of minutes, SMS and MB on the new "Profit" tariff plans, first the limits for additional services will be spent, then the bonuses for the "Profit" tariff plan will be spent.

Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
Using the services of the Company, the Subscriber shall:
- not to apply actions that could harm the "Coscom" LLC;
- do not abuse the right to other forms of;
- use the services of the Company within its primary purpose.
In case of doubt or dispute regarding fair use of communication services, LLC "Coscom" reserves the right to cancel the contract or change the tariff plan of the Client.
All prices are VAT inclusive.
The amount of bank transfer is considered loaded when charged to the primary balance of the Client. The money is charged to the primary balance of the
Customer from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Maximum period of blocking the number is equal to 90 days.
