"Corporations choice" tariff line

Dear Clients!

We inform you that from April 1, 2023 “3G Modem”, “Profitable union”, “TARIFF 100”, “TARIFF 300”, “Profit 30”, “РO Patriot РР”, “FACT PLUS SPLIT”, “3 Giga Split” and “Special 100” tariff plans will be closed. We recommend you to switch to any available tariff plan until March 31, 2023 (inclusive).
- Individuals can change tariff to any available tariff plan by corresponding USSD request, through Ucell Corporate Customer Support Service (8111) and at the Company's own offices.
- Legal entities can change the tariff plan by written application at the offices of Corporate Services and through corporate mail to corporate@ucell.uz
Attention! From April 1, 2023 subscriber numbers that have not changed the “3G Modem”, “Profitable union”, “TARIFF 100” and “РO Patriot РР” tariff plans will be transferred to “For Business 20” tariff plan. Subscriber numbers that have not changed the “TARIFF 300”, “3 Giga Split”, “FACT PLUS SPLIT”, “Profit 30” and “Special 100” tariff plans will be transferred to “For Business 30” tariff plan.

  • Terms and Conditions

    Until 20.10.2020, the first quota of tariffed information Internet service is 128 KB. Further quota size is 64 KB.
    From 20.10.2020 the quota of tariffed information– 16 KB.

    **Coverage of 2G, 3G and 4G networks is available here. Ucell explores new territories and is always working on improving and expanding of network coverage.

    "International access" and “International automatic roaming” services of Prepaid system are included to the connection package. Connecting to one of the corporate tariffs - "Fact Plus",  "100", "300", "500», "800"  and "1000" – You will not need an additional deposit for international calls and international roaming.

    The tariff is available for legal entities only.

    You may swap to this tariff within the period from the 25th till the last date of calendar month by sending a written request to Corporate Customers Services Unit.

    To make transition to another tariff you need to fill application form and visit Service Department of Corporate clients.

    Due the features of accounting and tariffing services of postpaid system:

    • At the moment when the subscriber makes long Internet sessions with the availability of dedicated MB packets for the Mobile internet service, the subscriber's balance can become negative;

    • Change of the tariff plan is made from the 25th to the last day of the calendar month once.

    • Please note that the appointment of a monthly limit of minutes, SMS and internet traffic, according to the specifications, occurs on the 1st day of the month after 00:00 hours. Before using the limit, we recommend you first check the crediting of minutes, SMS and internet traffic in your balance in order to avoid misunderstandings. In the event that the subscriber's balance is positive but not sufficient to charge the full amount of the subscription fee, the subscription fee will be charged completely and the daily limits are provided in full. In this case, the subscriber's balance becomes negative, and the subscriber number will be blocked;

    • In case of replenishment of balance on the same day for a sufficient amount to transfer the subscriber number to an active status, the daily limits provided will be available to the subscriber until the end of the current day. If the subscriber does not refill the balance, the daily limits provided will not be available and will be reset at the end of the day;

    • In the blocked status of the subscriber, the subscription fee is not charged and daily limits are not provided.

    Prices are inclusive of taxes.

    Maximum period of blocking the number is equal to 90 days.
