"Special" tariff

Balance for your benefit!

The special tariff for sole proprietors (individuals who carry on their business activity without legal entity forming).

Only for 40 000 sum per month, you’ll get::

  • 3000 on-network minutes
  • 1000 SMS within Uzbekistan
  • 100 MB upon first activation;
  • The service "Whole World" is provided without daily fee.

Tariff conditions

Due to tariff rules the monthly fee to be fully charged and bonuses to be provided once a month during the period from the 1st to the 15th day of calendar month.

Options description

"Daily charge" option
If you have no enough money on your account to pay the monthly fee (40 000 sum) you can activate "Daily pay" option:  just for 1263 sum/day you have 100 on-net minutes on a daily basis.
This option is valid till the end of a month, bonus minutes cannot be transferred to the next day.

"Minutes" option: When setting the minutes limits according to the option "Minutes", firstly minutes within Uzbekistan, and then minutes off-network and on- network will be spent.

*** Nowadays 4G Internet is accessible for the residents of Tashkent and Samarkand cities. Ucell opens up new territories and the technology will be accessible in other cities of Uzbekistan very soon.

In case when subscriber fee has not been written from the balance from 1st till 15th date of the calendar month, the subscriber will be able to connect an additional option in the form of 3000 minutes within the network, 1000 minutes within Uzbekistan for only 33 637.90 sum by dialing the USSD-command *223#. The validity period of bonuses is from the day of connection of the option until the end of the calendar month.

Tariff is closed for subscription and for transition.
  • To check remainder of provided bonuses - *102#.
  • The tariff is available only for subscribers of Prepaid system;
  • Minutes, SMS within the limits of the tariff are zeroed according to the calendar schedule;
  • Monthly fee and minutes/SMS limits for new subscription to be charged according to the tariff in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of calendar month. Before monthly fee accrual, calls and Internet traffic are charged according to over the limit tariffs;
  • Charging of monthly fee and assigning limits of minutes and SMS on the tariff plans is carried out on the first day of each month between 00:00 and 08:00 (time of charge is not fixed). To do this, a subscriber needs to have enough funds on the balance to charge monthly subscription fee in full. If on the first day of the month there were not enough funds on subscriber’s balance to charge the monthly subscription fee, a subscriber has the opportunity to refill the balance any time convenient for him during the period from the 1st to the 15th day (inclusive) of the month. As soon as a subscriber refills his balance, monthly subscription fee will be charged in full (including for those days in which the daily subscription fee was charged) and all limits of minutes and SMS will also be assigned in full and will remain in effect until the end of the calendar month.
  • On the 16th of each month, an attempt to charge monthly subscription fee and limit assignments occurs only once in the period from 00:00 to 07:59 and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge monthly subscription fee and assign appropriate limits on this day of the calendar month for 00:00, we recommend you to have enough money on your balance to completely charge the monthly subscription fee. If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging there are not enough funds, the Company system will retry the operation again, even if a subscriber refills his balance by 08:00. After 08:00 on the 16th day and until the end of the calendar month, monthly subscription fee is not charged and the limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there will be enough funds on subscriber number.
  • Activation of "0 within Network" and "VIP" services is not available on current tariff. 
  • Limits of minutes /SMS within the tariff to be assigned fully after subscription fee charging and valid until the end of calendar month. Provided limits do not transfer to the next calendar month.
  • You also have the opportunity to take advantage of the additional advantage - now there is no need to wait for night to write off the subscription fee and set limits. Write-off of the subscription fee and setting of limits occurs after the account is replenished for a sufficient amount.
    Subscribers connected to the network, as well as those, who is in blocked status, must first go to the active status, and then refill the balance for the amount necessary to charge the subscription fee (to refill the balance with two payments).
    In order to avoid confusion after replenishment of the account and before using the services, it is recommended that you first check the appointment of minutes and Internet traffic limits.
    Prior to setting a limit, tariffs for calls and Internet traffic will be carried out according to the tariffs indicated above the limit.
  • In cases when monthly fee cannot be deducted from the balance, monthly limit of minutes within the network, off-network calls and SMS are not available, and services to be charged by over the limit tariffs.
  • In case when subscription fee cannot not be paid from the 1st till the 15th date of calendar month, subscriber can activate "Daily fee" option by dialing USSD-command *223# to get 100 on-net minutes daily  just for 1263 sum/day. Expiration date of "Daily fee" option –  till the end of calendar month.
  • In case when subscriber fee has not been written from the balance from 1st till 15th date of the calendar month, the subscriber will be able to connect an additional option in the form of 3000 minutes within the network, 1000 minutes within Uzbekistan for only 33 637.90 sum by dialing the USSD-command *223#. The validity period of bonuses is from the day of connection of the option until the end of the calendar month.
  • Subscriber can’t activate monthly fee with active "Daily option" of tariff.
  • Subscriber can’t activate daily option with active monthly fee.
  • Transfer to this tariff is possible from all Prepaid tariffs in own offices of the Company with providing the original acting copy of "Certificate of sole proprietor registration without founding a legal entity (individual entrepreneur)";   
  • Transfer from this tariff is possible to all available Prepaid tariffs only in own offices of the Company;
  • By tariff terms, calls to content services and international directions don’t use the minutes provided within the limits;
  • All allocated minutes and SMS provided within the limits are not available for the subscribers in roaming;
  • Upon expiration of the Certificate of sole proprietor registration "Special" tariff subscriber shall, within 7 days, submit new certificate for another valid period. Otherwise, the Company is entitled to terminate the mobile connection services or to change the tariff into one of consumer segment tariffs.
  • The tariff is available for activation in the service offices for Corporate clients and at official dealers of the Company only by signing “Application for subscriber for subscribing to Prepaid corporate tariffs”.
  • Refills of core balance via "Mobile advance" and "Mobile transfer" services, and corrections of balance won’t be taken into consideration as refill of core balance. 
  • If the new subscriber does not pay the subscription fee for the remaining days before the end of the current month, then when refilling the balance at the beginning of the next month, previous month subscription fee will be charged at first, then a full monthly fee of 40,000 sums for a new month will be charged. In this case bonuses will be summed up and the validity period will be equal to the validity period of the last designated bonus within the tariff plan. This function will not be active after 15 days from the beginning of the new month.
  • Since 27.04.2020 Special tariff plan subscribers can swap to any open tariff plan, except Easy week tariff.

Daily packages

Only “Special” tariff plan subscribers with “Minutes” option have opportunity to activate one of the following daily packages:
  1. “25 minutes” – daily 25 minutes within Uzbekistan for 500 soums per day.
  2. “25 MB” – daily 25 MB of internet-traffic for 500 soums per day.

  • Service activation is available only for subscribers of “Special” tariff plan with “Minutes” option.
  • To activate these packages, you need to send a USSD request to *232# number or contact the Company's office to fill out the corresponding activation request for the service.
  • MBs included in “25 MB” package are assigned only after the full amount of the subscription fee has been charged and is valid only in active status.
  • The subscription fee is charged only in active status, regardless of remaining funds on the balance.
  • Traffic expiration date is 30 days.
  • For correct work of internet package, if the session is active at the time of purchase of the internet package, you need to interrupt and reconnect it.
  • Packages are assigned with the function of automatic assignment. The subscription fee for using the packages is charged every day, and every day limits are set according to the package.
  • Auto-assignment function can be deactivated with call to *232# but all unused limits will be set to zero upon package deactivation
  • Subscribers can activate both “25 minutes” and “25 MB” packages at a time
  • When packages are deactivated, all accumulated limits are set to zero.
