Meeting at the “South Gate of Uzbekistan”

A well-known fact is that customer feedback is an effective tool for improving products and services. To this end, regional representatives regularly travel to places at the request of subscribers. This time the meeting took place in Termez.

Termez is called the "South Gate of Uzbekistan." 12 km east of Termez, the Khuraton (also known as the bridge «Friendship») pedestrian, road and rail cross-border bridge runs along the Amu Darya River. Every day, hundreds of people, cars, and freight trains cross the bridge. Uninterrupted communication is of strategic importance in the region.

The appeal came from Khalil Kurbonov, who lives on “Atirgul” Street in Termez. According to him, the communication signal, as well as the speed of the Internet connection in the city are low. Requests to eliminate problems and install new stations. The regional department of “Ucell-Termiz” responded to the appeal.

Bobir Khasanov, acting director of the regional branch of “Ucell-Termiz”:

— Next year we plan to install new base stations that will significantly improve current state of the network. Project development has already begun. A group of technical specialists was also sent to subscriber`s place of dislocation to check the serviceability of the equipment and carry out preventive work.

Halil expressed gratitude to the staff for the timely response. Following the meeting, souvenirs from the Company were presented. That's all, as Bill Gates says: “The most important thing is to establish close relationships with customers and constantly learn from their information.”

Thirty-three employees work in the regional branch of “Ucell-Termiz”, they serve more than 325 thousand subscribers. Today 183 dealer points are successfully operating in the Surkhandarya region. Forty-two of them are mono-branded offices of Ucell.
