- The regional branch "Ucell-Nukus" has been operating since 2004. The company's network employs about 400 base stations of 2G, 3G and 4G standards. The subscriber base of the company in Karakalpakstan is over 428 thousand subscribers, - said Bayram Zhumagulov, director of the regional branch of Ucell-Nukus. - Our company in the region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan is the leader in terms of the subscriber base. To serve subscribers in the region, 47 dealer points are involved. We provide service directly at the office of the regional branch.

There are four operators in the subscriber service group of the regional branch "Ucell-Nukus". They serve at least 100 people a day. The group provides various services such as new connection, SIM card replacement, number renewal, as well as activation or deactivation of various services.
- During quarantine, the regional department delivered SIM-cards to over 200 subscribers of the republic. This service is active to this day. Subscribers can now order a SIM card at home. The company provides all employees with all necessary protective equipment, ”says Azizbek Nisanbayev, operator of the Ucell-Nukus subscriber service group.

The staffing table of the technical service group of "Ucell-Nukus" includes 20 technical workers. Since the beginning of 2020, 42 sites have been upgraded to the 4G level.

- I would like to share good news: today, at the farthest point of the republic - the village of Karakalpakia, at the Daut-ata customs post on the border with Kazakhstan, a base station has been put into operation. The launch of this base station will provide access to high-quality communications and the Internet, - says the regional chief engineer of Ucell-Nukus Muratbai Seyidov.
