Stress management training “Keep calm in the center of a hurricane”

A pilot training in stress management was launched yesterday at COSCOM LLC (Ucell trademark). How to deal with stressful situations? How to convey energy in the right direction? The answers to these questions and many others were told by our experts - Julia Andryushaeva, head of the mass segment communications department, and Akmal Fayziev, the leading copywriting specialist who developed this training.

Stress is simply impossible to avoid. Everyone fell into a difficult situation and at least once experienced problems at work or at home, faced with irritability. All this greatly affects productivity and overall well-being. One thing is obvious, we need to take action.

During the training, participants learned:
— how to deal with stressful situations;
— how to transform negative information into positive;
— how to recover quickly after working overloads;
— how to keep calm in the center of a hurricane.

— My work is directly related to people and communication with them. As a leader, I must be able to guide employees and help them solve work problems. Naturally, stress cannot be avoided here. At the very beginning, we conducted a test in which we revealed our level of stress. Based on its results, the coaches gave recommendations on how to fight in our case. We were able to share life examples, look at the situation from the other side, and also change our outlook and attitude towards stress.

As it turned out, in order to turn mistakes into a good experience, you do not need to be a magician. Practice proves that stress is also an engine of progress. The main thing is to direct energy only in a positive way. The training debuted successfully and will continue to be held at the Company on a regular basis.
