Ucell Academy launches new training

On October 15 and 16, 2019 Ucell Academy held a pilot training “Effective Presentation Skills” for the internal coaching staff of the Company. The author and trainer of the project is Nazokat Rashidova, head of the department responsible for the development of activities to attract new subscribers.

Presentation is a form of communication that is aimed to promote an idea, product and solution. A good presentation generates ideas, engender interest and inspires. Corporate training set the goals of developing the following abilities and skills among employees:

 transmitting the  information convincingly, accurately; encourage the audience to take positive action;
 creating an effective presentation in PowerPoint;
 overcoming the fear of public speaking;
 ability to arouse interest in the topic.

The pilot training was organized according to David Kolbʹs cycle method, which describes the process of effective adult education.

The cycle is based on four main steps:
• Specific experience
• Analysis of lessons learned
• Conceptualization
• Active experimentation

This helped to approach the learning process systematically, quickly assimilate and consolidate the knowledge gained. At the final stage, each team of specialists made their presentation.

- The training was interesting and informative. I refreshed in my memory mistakes that should not be made when creating presentations, learned some secrets of working in the PowerPoint application, for example, the names of sites with licensed templates. Nazokat also shared the technique of working with an audience of “Purpose-Effect”, taking into account risks and fears in public speaking. Among other things, I got a lot of pleasure from cooperating with colleagues and participating with them in the second day master class. I am sure that the training will be useful to every employee.

The event received many positive reviews among internal trainers.
Ucell Academy plans to conduct this corporate training for employees of the Company on regular basis.
