Today, following the meeting of the General Director of COSCOM LLC (Ucell trademark) Vladimir Kravchenko and the rector of Westminster International University in Tashkent Komiljon Karimov, was signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the two sides.
For the past few years, there has been a clear tendency to build a balanced "ecosystem" to support gifted youth, especially in the field of information and communication technologies in Uzbekistan.
Ucell traditionally takes part in supporting young personnel and financial support for educational institutions of the country.
Every year, within the walls of Ucell-Plaza, open days are held for university students profiling in ICT, including for the graduation courses of the Westminster International University in Tashkent. Vladimir Kravchenko, himself a Vesta graduate, readily meets with students to exchange views.
In turn, the Career Development Center under WIUT also successfully cooperates with large international companies represented in Uzbekistan. To date, cooperation has been established with more than 400 private and public organizations. This provides the university with the opportunity in the shortest possible time to employ students during their studies.
