Please note that starting from July 8, 2022, new changes are introduced to the conditions and terms for staying in a ‘blocked’ status for subscribers of Mood, COSMO, Tantana lines, as well as Home, Student, More!, Mahalla, Marhamat, Simple, Start 10 and Ovoz 15 tariff plans.
From July 8, 2022, the maximum period of staying in a ‘blocked’ status:

on Mood, COSMO, Tantana and Ovoz 15 tariff plans will change to 120 days.

For Home, Student, More!, Mahalla, Marhamat, Simple and Start 10 tariff plans, the maximum period of being in a blocked status will change to 120 days.
From July 8, 2022 subscribers’ numbers of the above tariff plans that are in a ‘blocked’ status for more than 120 or 90 days (depending on the tariff plan) will be terminated unilaterally at the time of implementing changes in the agreement for cellular radiotelephone communication services provision of prepaid service system (Prepaid) in the network of COSCOM LLC.
The rest of the conditions and terms regarding staying in a blocked status will remain unchanged.
We also remind you that the Subscriber's number is blocked when the balance on an account drops to zero.
