New “Business online” tariff line

Dear Clients!

We are pleased to inform you about the launch of a new “Business online” tariff line for corporate clients of the Company.

  • The fee for switching from all tariffs to “Business online” tariff plans is 0 UZS.
  • The “Voice communication” and SMS services is not available on the tariff line.
  • In case of connection to the “Business online” tariff line within a month, payment is made only for the number of days left in the month and the corresponding number of limits is assigned. This condition applies to new connections, changing the tariff plan, as well as when exiting the financial block.
  • The subscription fee for the “Business online” tariff line is debited every 1st day of the calendar month.
  • The provided Internet traffic within the tariff plans is available until the end of the calendar month and becomes unavailable in the new period.
  • If the subscriber number is in the active status, if there are funds on the balance less than the monthly subscription fee, the tariff subscription fee is charged in full.
  • If the subscriber number (Client) is in an inactive status / with a negative balance, the subscription fee is not deducted and new limits on the tariff plan are not assigned. The subscription fee for the tariff plan is charged immediately upon transition to the Active status. The subscription fee is charged and limits are assigned only for the number of days left in the month and the corresponding number of limits is assigned before the end of the calendar month.
  • When activating the “Number freeze” and “Temporary blocking” services, the tariff fee is not debited. After deactivating services, the subscription fee will be charged only for the number of days left in the month and the limits are assigned in proportion to the number of remaining days until the end of the current month (scaled).
  • When switching from other tariff plans to the “Business online” tariff line, the limits are not reset to zero and apply in accordance with the terms of the “Business online” line.
  • Changing the tariff plan for individuals within the “Business online” tariff line and switching from other tariff plans is carried out via the *303# USSD request.
  • Change of the tariff plan for legal entities is made by written application to the Company.
  • “Restart” service *222# is available on the tariff line.
  • Subscribers with the “Corporate VIP”, “Individual” and “Business Man” contract types will be able to activate the “Restart” service using the *222# USSD request.
  • When activating the “Restart” service, the subscriber's account must have the amount of the subscription fee proportional to the number of remaining days in the current month.
  • In case of successful activation of the “Restart” service, the subscription fee according to the tariff plan will be charged only for the number of days left in the month and the corresponding number of limits will be assigned.
  • You can use the “Restart” service once a day.
  • On the day of connection and change of the tariff plan to the “Business online” tariff plans, activation of the “Restart” service is not available.
  • The “Smart Internet” service is activated on the tariff line by default.
  • When the monthly Internet traffic limit within the tariff plan and additional Internet packages are spent, Internet access is suspended.
  • To continue using the Internet in excess of the assigned limit, you must disable the “Smart Internet” service. To individuals via USSD-request *252#, to legal entities by written application to the Company.
  • All advertising content is blocked on “Business online” tariff line, which means that the “Content Blocking” service is enabled by default.
