Terms

  • Service activation is available only for subscribers of Prepaid system with a sufficient amount of funds on the balance;
  • If insufficient funds service fee, packages will not be assigned;
  • Validity of the service - 30 days from the date of activation;
  • After 30 days from the moment of package activation, the service is disconnected and to continue using it is necessary to reconnect the service;
  • With the full use of assigned internet traffic limit, the network access speed is set to 64 kbps;
  • Only 1 Internet package can be connected at a time; to connect another package, you must first disable the previous one;
  • Prices include VAT;
  • Service packages cannot be connected if the subscriber has one of the following services active: “Night Internet”, “Try 4G”, “Unlimited internet packages”, “Monthly 4G Internet packages”, “Night Internet packages”, “Internet Mega BOOM ”,“ For kids”, “Maximum access” and vice versa;
  • If at the time of activation the Internet session is active, it is necessary to interrupt the session, activate the service via the USSD request and then resume the session;
  • If the subscriber device is set to automatic network mode: 2G/3G/4G or only to 4G network mode, before activating additional services, you must transfer the subscriber device to one of the network modes: 2G/3G/2G/Only 3G. After successful activation of the additional service, the network mode on the subscriber's device can be changed according to your preference.
  • After sending the USSD request for activation, it is necessary to verify the success of the service connection using USSD request *777#. In case of non-confirmation of activation, the Company does not accept claims and does not recalculate.
  • If the subscriber has active services "Traffic +" and "Hourly Internet", then first of all the Internet traffic is consumed according to the connected option of "Traffic +" service, in other directions Internet traffic is consumed as part of "Hourly internet" service. 
  • "Traffic +" service is not available for connection on Drive, Special Unlim, Fabulous internet and COSMO tariff line.

Attention!
Owners of the above mentioned sites use a certain range of IP addresses to provide their services. Ucell provides traffic volume for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of the range of IP-addresses initiated by the owners, the traffic in this case is charged according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan, or the traffic is deducted from the balance of the existing Internet package provided to all destinations.
If you connect to the specified resources through VPN proxy servers or deprecated sites, access to the resources may be blocked.

Pay attention that most smartphones when connected to the Internet generate the third-party traffic from installed applications (messengers, weather, news, etc.), it is also possible to involuntarily synchronize with the app store (GooglePlay, AppStore), analytics counters (Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net) of various accounts (Google, Facebook, Telegram, etc.). This traffic is not included in the scope of the service and is paid by a subscriber separately in accordance with the cost of Ucell-Internet tariff or purchased Internet package.
