Daily subscriber fee - 2 105 sum*

From 01.11.2021, checking the balances of the provided limits within the “0 within network” service - *109#, instead of *102#;

Activation/Deactivation - or

All calls within network over 100 minutes will be charged according to tariff conditions.
On-net outgoing SMS messages above the limit will be charged at 21.05 sum per SMS.

*First subscription fee is charged once at the time of service activation.

From 01.11.2021, checking the balances of the provided limits within the “0 within network” service - *109#, instead of *102#;

To check the balance of designated minutes and SMS within network you should send USSD-request to *109#.

If there is less than 2 105 sum on subscriber balance at the moment of charging subscription fee, "0 within network" service is not functioning. Service starts working after charging of subscription fee.

The unexpended SMS will be nulled in case of "0 within network" service deactivation.

Service is not available for subscribers on "Tantana", "COSMO", "Happy 25" and "Special" tariffs and for subscriber who activated "VIP" for 90 days service.

You can use the limits provided by the tariff plan only in active status. If you move from active status to a blocked with limits, then you can continue to use limits until the end of the session or the completion of limits within the tariff plan.

Within “We appreciate you!” loyalty program “0 within network” service is available to subscribers with “Valuable” status who have been in Ucell network for 3 years or more with a 15% discount on the price of this service.
