Single portal which consists from following sections:

  • Subscriber profile – section with information about balances and active services of Ucell subscriber;
  • My cabinet – possibility to view detalization of calls, to manage with value added services, to send SMS-messages and to send requests to customer care department of the Company;
  • Knowledge base – section where most popular questions and answers are gathered together;
  • Online Call Center – section, where Ucell subscriber can ask personal question to the specialist of the Company online and get full answer in a short time.

Personal cabinet

Opportunities for Prepaid subscribers:

  • tariff plan change;
  • detailed call history and funds write off for rendered services;
  • to send SMS-messages;
  • to send appeals to the customer care department of the Company.

Registration in self-care:
It is necessary to specify your phone number and one time password in order to register in the system.

 One time password - to receive password it is necessary to dial from specified number and input it into specified field.

Online Call Center

"Knowledge base" and "Personal cabinet" section are free of charge;

Price of "Online Call Center" section - 210.5 sum for each successfully finished request to the specialist of the Company;

 Work time of "Online Call Center": Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00.

  • Period of consideration of applications in Online Call Center of the Company may reach up to 3 (three) calendar days. If necessary, subscriber will be re-contacted and informed of the notice period.
  • If subscriber not agree with decision of the specialist about asked question, this question will be considered by superiors of the Company and after this will be accepted finally decision about right consider of the question. If the specialist has not provided right answer to the Subscriber, charge (210.5 sum) will be returned on the balance of Subscriber.
