«Desired Number» service – an opportunity to select cool, attractive number, just by staying in touch!
New subscribers can obtain an attractive number and select any suitable tariff plan within «Sof» line!
This service can be activated by Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP number categories.
The validity of the service is limited by the amount of beautiful numbers.
Terms of Service
Tariff plans are available for subscription within “Desired Number” service based on number category:
Re-execution of the Contract service is not available on the specified tariff plans.
Service is available for «Sof» tariff plans subscribers in Prepaid system.
Terms of services apply to new subscriptions only.
New subscriptions within ‘Desired Number’ campaign are carried out at Ucell service offices and dealer points.
When connecting a beautiful number in the framework of the service, the cost and rules for connecting to the Ucell network comply with the current rules for this period.
One ‘Unit’ is allocated for each successfully paid tariff fee charge within the campaign
«Desired Number» campaign subscribers can check the number of successfully paid tariff fees by addressing the company’s service office representative or call center operator.
For each successful write-off of a monthly subscription fee under a tariff plan, a subscriber with a connected service will be assigned 1 Unit
A subscriber with the connected service can check the number of successful write-offs of the subscription fee for the tariff plan by contacting the operator of the front office or the contact center of the Company
If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee there is no sufficient funds on the balance, the subscriber’s number receives ‘blocked’ status and stays there for 60 days. If, after 60 days from the moment of blocking, the subscriber number does not regains ‘active’ status, the agreement on the provision of cellular radiotelephone communication services in the network of COSCOM LLC with the subscriber is terminated unilaterally.
"Re-execution of the Contract" service is not available within “Desired Number” campaign.
Tariff Plan Change
Subscribers with the service connected can change the attached tariff plan to another one within the service by means of USSD-menu *120#.
The cost of switching tariff plans by means of USSD *120# for subscribers with connected service, who haven't fulfilled the conditions (it is necessary to take into account that tariff plans are available for switching, based on the category of a beautiful number):
The number of successful write-offs of subscriber fees for the service plan depends only on the category of the beautiful number.
In order to switch to other available tariff plans by means of USSD *120#, subscribers have to fulfill the conditions, according to which the subscriber must have his/her subscription fee for the tariff plan successfully written off in the amount specified in the table:
Members who have fulfilled the conditions of the service will be able to switch to other available tariff plans, according to the terms of transition of the tariff line "Sof".
