Detailed terms of service

During authorizing in Yandex Plus services, you must use Yandex ID linked with your subscriber number, on which the subscription was made. The purchased subscription must be activated on the page plus.yandex.uz/ucell;
The free Yandex Plus subscription is available only once per subscriber;
Free subscription period: 90 days from the subscription date;
When the free Yandex Plus subscription expires, a paid subscription (9,999 UZS for 30 days) is automatically activated;
A paid subscription is connected with an auto-renewal feature;
During the free Yandex Plus subscription, enabling of paid subscription is not possible;
If the subscription fee is successfully deducted, the subscription will be assigned with an expiration date of 30 days from the date of assignment. If you do not have enough funds on your account for automatic assignment of a subscription, the subscription automatically goes on hold and will automatically be extended for the next 30 days as soon as you have enough funds in your account to pay for it. In this case, the period of validity of the subscription if the monthly fee is successfully written off will be set from the date of the last assignment.
In the case of disconnection of a paid or free subscription, automatic renewal and writing-off of the subscription fee stops, in this case all conditions of the Yandex Plus service remain available until the termination of the disconnected subscription, at that Internet traffic when using Yandex Go, Yandex Music, Bookmate and Movie Search applications will be billed according to the subscriber’s tariff plan, or the traffic will be written off from the balance of the existing Internet package provided for all directions.
“Yandex Plus” Service is available only to Prepaid subscribers in active status;
When using Yandex Go, Yandex Music, Bookmate and Kinopoisk applications in roaming, Internet traffic will be charged according to zonal pricing in roaming;

As part of the “Yandex Plus”, when using the “Yandex Go”, “Yandex Music”, Bookmate and “Kinopoisk” applications Internet traffic is not consumed from the existing Internet packages in the tariff;
When using Yandex Plus services via proxy-servers, VPN or intermediary sites, the cost of traffic is paid according to the cost of Ucell-Internet under the terms of the tariff plan, or the traffic is deducted from the balance of the existing Internet package provided for all destinations;
To avoid wasting Internet traffic after the service has been connected, you must end the Internet session by disconnecting the mobile data, then reconnect the Internet session.
The Yandex Plus service is activated only when you receive a SMS-message about the assignment of the service. If you had not receive a SMS message, we recommend to send the USSD request *310# to check if the service is active.
A subscriber can have several active subscriptions to the “Yandex Plus” service. For example, the subscriber has previously activated a subscription, for which payment is made through the subscriber’s bank card. In this case, the subscription that is paid for by other means is managed on the “Yandex Plus” service site, and the subscription that is paid for via Ucell number balance is managed via USSD *310#.
As part of “Yandex Plus” subscription, not the entire content catalog on “Kinopoisk” service is available.
Access to the “Bookmate” service for subscription users is provided in accordance with the rules of the campaign.
As part of the subscription, users are provided with a 10% discount on trips at “Comfort” and “Business” tariffs ordered using the Yandex Go application.

It is important to know!

Smartphones by default consume mobile traffic in the background: for system updates, app updates, data synchronization of widgets (weather, calendar, etc.) and social networks, as well as for analytics counters (Google, google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for these directions is charged according to Ucell-Internet cost according to tariff plan conditions, or the traffic is deducted from the balance of existing Internet package provided for all directions.
The conditions for unlimited Internet traffic provided within the services included in “Yandex Plus” do not apply when distributing Internet traffic through an access point (Hotspot) of a smartphone or other devices.

How to activate a “Yandex Plus” subscription? (Step-by-step instruction)

The process of connecting the “Yandex Plus” service

1. Dial *310# USSD request.

2. Go to the “Connect service” section.

3. Connect the service.

4. Open the plus.yandex.uz/ucell page and enter your phone number to which you have connected the service and click on the “Finish” button.

5. Next, you need to link your subscription to Yandex ID. To do this, log in using an existing Yandex ID, or create a new one.
To create a new Yandex ID, go to the “Phone” tab and enter your phone number to which you have connected the service and click on the “Create ID” button.

6. An SMS message with a one-time code will be sent to your number. Enter this code in the appropriate field and click on the “Next” button.

7. Fill in the fields "First Name" and "Last Name" and click on the "Next" button

8. Read the privacy policy and user agreement, and accept it by clicking on the “Accept” button.

9. Done. “Yandex Plus” subscription is activated and linked to Yandex ID.

IMPORTANT! In the services included in “Yandex Plus”, you must use the Yandex ID connected to the number you used to subscribe to the service, according to the above steps.

10. Download and install the «Yandex Music» mobile applications, click on the “Next” button.

11. Launch the mobile application and log in using your Yandex ID, which is linked to the subscriber number on which the subscription is issued.

12. An SMS message with a one-time code will be sent to your number. Enter this code in the appropriate field and click on the “Next” button.

13. Done. Now the service is available to you according to the terms of your subscription.
How to disable a “Yandex Plus” subscription?

In order to deactivate the service, send *310# USSD request, select the "Deactivate service" section and then confirm the deactivation of the service.
Are “Yandex Plus” services available in roaming?

Activation of Yandex Plus service (USSD request *310#) is not available in Roaming, but the previously activated Yandex Plus services will be available in roaming. However, when using “Yandex Go”, “Yandex Music”, “Bookmate” and “Kinopoisk” in roaming, Internet traffic will be charged according to the zonal billing in roaming.

The content and privileges available on the services may vary by territory.
Why is the free “Yandex Plus” subscription not available?

Connection of free subscription is available only once for each subscriber.

Also, if you disable your free subscription before it expires, you will not be able to reactivate your free subscription.
How much does a “Yandex Plus” subscription cost?

The subscription price is 9 999 UZS for every 30 days. The subscription is connected with the automatic renewal function.
I have activated a “Yandex Plus” subscription, but the services included in the subscription are not available.

At the same time, all the conditions for granting access to the content and privileges of the services included in “Yandex Plus” service remain available until the expiration of the disabled subscription. Internet traffic will be charged according to the subscriber's tariff plan, or will be charged from the balance of the connected Internet package provided to all directions when using the “Yandex Go”, “Yandex Music”, “Bookmate” and “Kinopoisk” applications.
How to cancel the automatic renewal of a “Yandex Plus” subscription?

To cancel automatic subscription renewal, you need to deactivate the service by sending *310# USSD request. Select the "Disable service" section and then confirm the deactivation of the service.
