    Please note that the bonus limits provided for Facebook social network, Telegram, WhatsApp and Tas-IX within the terms of the tariff plan are not spent in the case of connecting via VPN/ “third-party” sites/ "third-party" mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini, Chrome, etc.).

    Attention!
    Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides amount of traffic specially for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
    When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions..

    Additional terms

    • Active tariff plans are available for Prepaid subscribers.
    • Active tariff plans are available for new connections and for swapping to them.
    • The daily tariff fee is charged and limits are set on Active tariff plans every day from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed), provided that the monthly fee for the current period has not been charged from the balance sheet subscriber.
    If at the time of writing off the daily tariff fee, there is less money left on the balance than the cost of the tariff fee, then in this case the daily tariff fee is charged once in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided for by the daily tariff fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition to active status.
    If on the 16th day from the beginning of the monthly period the monthly tariff fee has not been charged from the subscriber balance, then from this day until the end of the monthly period the daily tariff fee will be charged.
    • Limits assigned on a daily tariff fee are available to subscribers until the end of the monthly subscriber period in which they were assigned.
    • Limits assigned within the framework of tariff plans are available to subscribers only in active status.
    • Monthly tariff fee is charged monthly without reference to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connected to the tariff plan on the 24th, then the next monthly tariff fee will be charged on the 24th of the next month. If the subscriber has connected on the 31st, the next tariff fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28/29th of the month of February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 31st.
    • The monthly tariff fee is charged and the monthly tariff limits are set monthly from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed). The date of charging monthly tariff fee is the date of connection or transition to the tariff plan. For this charge of the monthly tariff fee in full, the subscriber must have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance sheet. If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance, the subscriber has the opportunity to refill the balance at any time convenient for him within 16 days after the date of connection/transition to the tariff plan.
    As soon as the subscriber refills his balance, the monthly tariff fee will be charged IMMEDIATELY in full (including for the days when the daily tariff fee was charged) and all limits according to the terms of the tariff plan (within the monthly tariff fee) will also be set in full and will be valid until the end of the monthly period.
    The system will attempt to charge a monthly tariff fee on the 16th day only until 08:00.
    • On the 16th day from the start of the cycle according to the tariff plan, an attempt to charge off the monthly tariff fee and assignment of limits occurs once between 00:00 and 07:59 and the time of its charging is not fixed.
    In order to successfully charge the monthly tariff fee and set appropriate limits on this day at 00:00, it is recommended that you have a sufficient amount on your balance sheet to fully charge the monthly tariff fee.
    If at the time of writing off the monthly tariff fee there is not enough money on the balance sheet, the Company’s system will not make a second attempt to charge it off, even if the subscriber replenishes the balance before 08:00. After 08:00 o'clock on the 16th day, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there is enough money on the balance of the subscriber number to charge it.
    • The monthly limits provided under the tariff plan are valid for 32 days from the date of appointment. Moreover, the monthly limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity.
    • At the beginning of a new monthly period, the limits can be added to the limits of the previous period, while the validity of the limits of the previous period is not extended.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend that you check the crediting of the limits of minutes, SMS and Internet traffic using USSD-requests * 102 # and * 103 #. Prior to charging the limits, calls, SMS and the Internet are charged according to the cost of destinations in excess of the limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan.
    • The monthly period is one month from the date of connection / transition to these tariffs. 1 month includes the period from the date of connection / transition to the tariff plan to the next period of charging the monthly tariff fee.
    • When you reconnect/swap to the tariff plan, the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (NOT SCALED) if there is the necessary amount on the subscriber’s balance. If at the time of the tariff plan change the subscriber’s balance does not have enough funds to charge the monthly tariff fee, the system will charge the daily tariff fee.
    • With a new connection on the first day, if the subscriber does not have enough money on the main balance to charge the monthly tariff fee, the daily tariff fee will not be charged. The system will begin to attempt to charge the daily tariff fee according to the tariff conditions from the next day, after the day of connection.
    • Remains of limits within the framework of tariff plans when swapping to tariff plans of Active line can be summed up with limits within the framework of the selected tariff plan, while the validity of the previous limits is not extended, i.e. the validity of previously assigned limits remains the same.
    • When making a video call via the Telegram app, Internet traffic will be consumed within the allocated general limit on the tariff plan, and not Internet traffic in the direction for social networks.

    It is important to know that when checking limits using USSD-requests *102# and *103#, the subscribers will see the expiration date of the limits assigned within Active tariff plan.

    • When swaping from Active tariff plans to other open tariff plans, the rest of the night MB limit becomes unavailable.
    • Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
    • Limits provided under tariff plans are not available for roaming subscribers.
    • Subscribers of the Active line tariff plans cannot use the “0 within the network” services, VIP and the “Convenient within network” or “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service packages.
    • Limits for TAS-IX, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp are available for usage only when there are at least 2250 soums on the main balance or 5 MB for external internet.
    • The limits of night Internet traffic can be used exclusively during the period from 01:00 to 09:00 hours.
    • For the correct billing of the included Internet limit, we recommend that you do not start an Internet session during the transition from the night to day traffic (at 09:00) and vice versa (at 01:00).
    • Torrent files (download file, torrent protocols, bittorrent) downloaded from TAS-IX sites will consume Internet traffic as part of the tariff, and not Internet traffic allocated for TAS-IX.
    • The list of IP addresses that define the TAS-IX zone can be downloaded here. If the site declared in the TAS-IX zone is not included in the range of IP addresses listed in the list on the Company's website, the Company is not responsible for the traffic spent.
    • For subscribers using Internet services, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with Additional information about the cash reservation system with the features of the 4G network.

    The conditions for charging a monthly tariff fee for subscribers who have connected/swapped to tariff plans before November 12, 2018:
    • The monthly tariff fee is charged and the limits are set on the first day of each month from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charge-off time is not fixed). For this, the subscriber needs to have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance sheet to charge the monthly tariff fee in full. If the subscriber’s balance on the first day of the month did not have enough funds to charge the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber has the opportunity to replenish the balance at any time convenient for him from the 1st to the 15th day (inclusive) of the month.
    • As soon as the subscriber replenishes his balance with an amount sufficient to charge the tariff fee, the monthly tariff fee will be deducted IMMEDIATELY in full (including for the days on which the daily tariff fee was charged), the limits according to the tariff plan will also be set in full volume and will be valid until the end of the monthly period.
    • On the 16th day of a month, an attempt to charge off a monthly tariff fee and assignment of limits occurs once between 00:00 and 07:59 and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge the monthly tariff fee and set the appropriate limits on this day of the calendar month at 00:00, we recommend that you have enough money on your balance sheet to completely charge the monthly tariff fee. If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee there was not enough money, the Company’s system does not re-attempt to charge it, even if the subscriber replenishes the balance before 08:00. After 08:00 hours on the 16th day and until the end of the calendar month, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there is enough money on the balance of the subscriber number to charge it. Starting from this day until the end of the monthly period, the daily tariff fee will be charged from the subscriber balance.
    • If at the time of writing off the monthly tariff fee, the balance of the subscriber has less than the cost of the monthly tariff fee, then in this case the daily tariff fee will be deducted from the subscriber’s balance. If during the deduction of the daily tariff fee, the balance of the funds is less than the cost of the daily tariff fee, then in this case the daily tariff fee is deducted once in full, while the balance becomes negative and the daily limits stipulated by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition to an active status.
    • For subscribers who have connected/swapped to Active tariff plans until 12/12/2018, the monthly period is a calendar month from the 1st date to the last day of the month.
  • “Restart” service
    1. “Restart” service is activated via USSD *222#.
    2. “Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.
    3. “Restart” service provides the ability to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service, daily subscription fee is not charged further, even if a subscriber has not paid monthly subscription fee for the current period.
    4. After activation of “Restart” service, the full monthly subscription fee is charged from the subscriber’s balance and full monthly limits are assigned within monthly subscription fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan.
    5.The rest of the limits (minutes within network/ outside network/within Uzbekistan/ SMS) assigned within the tariff plans and services (except “Convenient minutes” service) of a subscriber, as well as internet traffic within the tariff plans and “Internet transfer" service is set to zero when successful activation "Restart" service.
    6. Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, validity period of the limits and the date of monthly subscription fee charging is set for 1 month from the moment of activation of this service.
    7. Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, subscription fee of “Active” tariff plans is not charged daily, and later on, only the monthly subscription fee is charged.
    8. If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than subscription fee, then in this case monthly subscription fee is charged in full, and the balance becomes negative and the limits provided within monthly subscription fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber becomes active.
    9. Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned every month from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of the last successful activation of "Restart" service. To charge monthly subscription fee, a subscriber needs to be in active status.
    10. If a subscriber is in blocked status, then monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned. When the subscriber’s number transfers to active status, then monthly subscription fee charges:
    1. Immediately. If after replenishment the subscriber’s balance becomes equal or more than monthly subscription fee within the tariff. After charging monthly subscription fee limits will be assigned according to subscriber’s tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits’ validity period is not moved.
    2. At the nearest night in the period between 00:00 – 08:00 o’clock (the time of charging is not fixed), if after the balance replenishment the subscriber’s balance transfers to active status, but the amount is not enough for monthly tariff fee charging. After charging the tariff fee limits will be assigned according to the terms of the tariff plan. Charged subscription fee doesn’t move the date of the next subscription fee charging within the tariff as well as limits validity period is not moved.  To avoid misunderstandings after transition from blocked status and if the funds on the balance are less than the amount of tariff fee we recommend you to activate “Restart” service via USSD *222#, thus, after the successful activation of this service, monthly subscription fee will be charged from the subscriber’s balance and limits within the tariff plan will be assigned, and monthly period and validity of the limits will be set to one month from the day of the last successful activation of  “Restart” service.
    11. You can disable “Restart” service only by changing the tariff plan to another open tariff plan of Prepaid system.
    12. Before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check assignment of the limits of minutes and megabytes via USSD request *102#, *103# according to the terms of tariff plan. Before calculating the limit, calls and the internet are charged according to the limits above the limits within the tariffs according their terms.
    13. "Restart" service can be used only once a day (from the beginning of the current day, from 00:00 to 23:59).
    14. From 06/18/2020 upon successful activation of Restart service, the validity period of the limits is set to 32 days from the moment of activation of this service. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity.
  • “2 GB” for 10 000 soums and “3 GB” for 15 000 soums campaign
    Terms of activation of 2GB for 10 000 UZS and “3 GB” for 15 000 UZS internet packages within campaign:

    • Activation of internet package is available only after charging of a monthly tariff fee for the current month;
    • Activation of internet package “2 GB” for 10 000 UZS is available 2 time for the current month for one subscriber;
    • Activation of internet package “3 GB” for 15 000 UZS is available 1 time for the current month for one subscriber;
    • Internet package is activated with the function of automatic assignment;
    • Activate/deactivate of internet package is carried out via USSD *255#;
    • Checking of the remaining of internet traffic is carried out via USSD *107#;
    • With a new connection, before using the Internet, you need to check the appointment of a new package in order to avoid additional costs;
    • If the automatic assignment of Internet packages is active after 30 days (depending on the package purchased) from the day the package is activated, if there is enough money in the account, the system will assign a new par value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package will be reset. The traffic of the new Internet package will be assigned from 00:00 on the 31st day from the moment of activation / automatic appointment after debiting funds for the new package;
    • If the automatic assignment function is disabled after 30 days (depending on the purchased package) from the day of the Internet package activation, the rest of the traffic will be reset;
    • Traffic included in the internet-package can be used only in active state.
