    Unlimited calls provide for 1 subscriber only and don’t apply to group calls in case of using “Conference call” service.

    Note
    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

  • Additional information

    From November 1, 2021, the validity period of the monthly limits provided within the “Special” tariff line is 1 month, instead of the current monthly cycle (32 days).
    On “Special 35”, “Special 45”, “Special 55”, “Special 70”, “Special 80”, “Special 100”, “Special 125” and “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plans (except for subscribers with the “Beautiful number in installment” service), the negative balance of subscribers in inactive status for more than 30 days, will be restored to 0 UZS.

    For “Special 35”, “Special 45”, “Special 55”, “Special 70”, “Special 80”, “Special 100” and “Special 125” tariff plans.
    1. Tariff plans are available for new connections and for the transition to them of Prepaid system subscribers.
    2. Writing off monthly subscription fees and assigning limits:
    - The date of debiting the monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of subscriber's connection or transition to the tariff plan.
    - With a new connection/switching to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee and limits are written off/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a positive balance.
    - The monthly subscription fee is debited in the interval of once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan. For example, if the monthly subscription fee was debited on the 24th, then the next subscription fee will be debited on the 24th of the next month. If the subscription fee was debited on the 31st, and next month 30 days, then the next subscription fee will be debited on the 30th, or on the 28/29 of February.
    - The monthly subscription fee is written off and monthly limits are assigned within the framework of the tariff in the period from 00:00 to 08:00 am (the charging time is not fixed). To charge the monthly subscription fee, the user must be in active status.
    - If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee there are not enough funds on the balance to write off the subscription fee, then the monthly subscription fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber's balance becomes negative and the monthly limits provided for by the tariff are assigned in full. The limits become available after the subscriber`s number switches to active status.
    -If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee, the subscriber`s number is in a blocked status, then the subscription fee will not be charged and no limits are assigned. The monthly subscription fee will be debited IMMEDIATELY after the subscriber`s number switches to active status and the limits will be assigned within the subscriber`s tariff plan. Further, the subscription fee will be charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber, i.e. the subsequent write-off of the subscription fee under the tariff plan will take place within 1 month from the date of the last successful write-off of the subscription fee under the tariff plan.

    We remind you that before 11/01/2021:
    If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in blocked status, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number switches to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - In the coming night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber number has switched to active status BEFORE trying to charge the subscription fee by the Company system. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber's number swaps to active status AFTER the Company's system attempted to charge. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    After the monthly tariff fee charged, limits will be assigned according to the subscriber's tariff plan. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan.


    3. Monthly limits within the tariff plan are assigned only after the successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee at the tariff for the current period. The validity period of the monthly limits provided under the tariff plan is 1 month from the date of appointment. The rest of the unused limits on the tariff plan (if available) becomes unavailable in the new period.
    - In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plans, we recommend you to first check the assignment of limits for the tariff plan using the USSD request *102# and *103#. Before setting the limits, calls, SMS and MB are charged according to the cost for directions in excess of the limits according to the terms of the tariff plan.
    4. Pay attention:
    Limits, assigned within the terms of tariff plan for the current monthly period, are available for use until the subscription fee is charged on the set date for the next monthly period. After subscription fee charging on the set date and assigning limits for a new period, the previous limits become unavailable. If the monthly subscription fee for the new period was not charged on the set date (taking into account a positive balance of subscriber`s number), the limits assigned after the last charge of monthly subscription fee will be available until 05:59:59.
    5. “We appreciate you!” loyalty program is available for subscribers of “Special” tariff plans.
    6. Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume minutes provided within the limits of tariff plans.
    7. The limits provided within the tariff plans are not available for subscribers in roaming.
    8. Subscribers of “Special” tariff plans have access to “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet”, “Convenient minutes”, “Number freeze”, “Limit Exchange” services, as well as Special internet packages.
    9. The subscribers of the new tariff plans of the “Special” line are not able to access “0 within network” and VIP services, “Convenient within network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service packages.
    10. When switching from “Special” tariff plans to tariff plans of the “Mood” line (except for the “Super mood” tariff plan), the rest of the minutes limit for calls within Uzbekistan becomes available outside the network.
    11. Subscribers of “Special 35”, “Special 45”, “Special 55”, “Special 70”, “Special 80”, “Special 100” and “Special 125” tariff plans can switch to other open tariff plans, except for the "Easy Week" tariff plan.
    12. When switching from “Special” tariff plans to other available tariff plans, the rest of unlimited minutes within Uzbekistan, received within the tariff plans, becomes unavailable.
    13. For subscribers using Internet services, we recommend to familiarize with the Additional information on the system of reserving funds and the peculiarities of the 4G network.
    14. Subscribers of “Special 35” and “Special 45” tariff plans have access to the “Easy exchange” service.

    For “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan
    1. Writing off monthly subscription fees and assigning limits:
    - When switching/new connection to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is debited scaled (the cost of the monthly subscription fee and limits are removed/assigned in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month), the limits are valid until the end of the current month.
    - Subscription fees are charged and limits are set within the tariff plan on the first day of each new month from 00:00 to 08:00 am (the charge-off time is not fixed). If the user is in the blocked status at the time of debiting, the subscription fee is not debited and no limits are assigned. The subscription fee will be charged immediately after the subscriber`s number switches from the blocked status to the active one. After the monthly subscription fee has been charged, the limits according to the subscriber's tariff plan will be assigned in full. The written off monthly subscription fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan.

    We remind you that before 11/01/2021:
    If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in blocked status, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number switches to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - Immediately, if, after replenishment, the subscriber's balance is equal to or exceeds the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff.

    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber's number swaps to active status AFTER the Company's system attempted to charge. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    After the monthly tariff fee charged, limits will be assigned according to the subscriber's tariff plan. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan.


    - If on the day of debiting the subscription fee, the balance of the subscriber remains less than the cost of the subscription fee, then in this case the subscription fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber's balance becomes negative and the limits provided by the tariff plan are assigned in full. The limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber`s number to the active status.
    - In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you to first check the assignment of limits for the tariff plan using the USSD request *102#, *103# and *868#. Before setting the limits for minutes, SMS and MB, tariffication is carried out according to the cost for directions in excess of the limits according to the terms of the tariff plan.
    2. Pay attention:
    Limits, assigned within the terms of tariff plan for the current monthly period, are available for use until the subscription fee is charged on the set date for the next monthly period. After subscription fee charging on the set date and assigning limits for a new period, the previous limits become unavailable. If the monthly subscription fee for the new period was not charged on the set date (taking into account a positive balance of subscriber`s number), the limits assigned after the last charge of monthly subscription fee will be available until 05:59:59.
    3. “We appreciate you!” loyalty program is available for subscribers of “Special Unlim” and “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plans.
    4. Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
    5. The limits provided within the tariff plan are not available for users in roaming.
    6. Subscribers of “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan have access to services: “You’ve got a call”, “Number freeze”, “SMS-packages”, “International SMS-packages”, “The whole world” and ‘Call for friend’s expense”.
    7. Subscribers of “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan do not have access to services: “Night Internet packages”, “Internet Mega Boom”, “VIP”, “Convenient within network”, “Convenient within Uzbekistan”, iTV and Mediabay.
    8. When switching to “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan, the balances of the limits of minutes within Uzbekistan and Internet traffic within the framework of the previous tariff plan become unavailable.
    9. When switching from “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan to other tariffs, the provided unlimited Internet traffic and the rest of the unlimited minutes within Uzbekistan becomes unavailable.
    10. Subscribers of “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan can switch to other open tariff plans, except for the “Easy Week” tariff plan.
    11. If a subscriber on “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan activates additional internet packages or services, then the MB limits within these services will not be available for use on the “Special Unlim Turbo” tariff plan.
  • Terms of Reset service for Special Unlim Turbo tariff plan

    1. When activating the Reset service, subscribers update their monthly limits (including high-speed Internet traffic) on any day of the monthly period, and the limits provided will be valid until the end of the current month.
    2. Reset service is activated using USSD *222#
    3. Reset service is available to subscribers in active status.
    4. The cost of activating the service is equal to the cost of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff. When you activate the service within a month after the 1st of day, the cost of the service changes in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month. In this case, the limits are assigned and act in the same proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month.
    5. If at the time of activation of the “Reset” service, the balance remains less than the cost of the service fee, then in this case the cost of the service will be written off in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month, and the balance becomes negative. The limits provided for in the tariff will also be assigned in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month. The limits become available immediately after the subscriber switches to active status.
    6. On the day the monthly subscription fee is charged for the tariff plan, the “Reset” service will be unavailable for activation.
  • Terms of Restart service for Special 35, Special 45, Special 55, Special 70, Special 80, Special 100 and Special 125 tariff plans

    1. Restart service is activated via USSD *222#.
    2. Restart service is available to subscribers in active status.
    3. Restart service provides the ability to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service the monthly period of the subscriber is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.
    4. After activating Restart service, the full monthly tariff fee is charged from the subscriber balance, and the full monthly limits are set as part of the monthly tariff fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan. Further, the monthly tariff fee is charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber. Conditions for charging a monthly tariff fee and assigning monthly limits are carried out in accordance with the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan.
    5. If at the time of activating Restart service the balance is less than the price of the tariff fee, then in this case the monthly tariff fee will be charged in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided for the monthly tariff fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber to the active status.
    6. Upon successful activation of Restart service, a new monthly period is determined for a period of 1 month.
    7. "Restart" service can be used only once a day (from the beginning of the current day, from 00:00 to 23:59). 
     
  • 2 GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS and 10 GB for 45 000 UZS campaign
    Terms of activation of 2GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS and 10 GB for 45 000 UZS internet packages within campaign:

    • Activation of internet packages 2 GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS, 10 GB for 45 000 UZS is available only twice a month for one subscriber;
    • Connection of the internet package is available only after charging a monthly tariff fee for the current month;
    • The internet package is connected with the automatic assignment function;
    • Activation/deactivating the internet package is carried out via USSD *255#;
    • Checking the balance of internet traffic is carried out via USSD *107#;
    • With a new connection, before starting to use internet, it is necessary to check the purpose of the new package in order to avoid additional charges;
    • For the internet package to work correctly (if internet session is active at the time the internet package is activated), it is necessary to interrupt the session, connecting of internet package and then resume the session;
    • With the active function of automatically assigning internet packages after 30 days (depending on the package purchased) from the date of activation of the package with a sufficient amount of funds in the balance, the system will assign a new package of face value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package will be set to zero. Traffic of the new internet package will be assigned from 00:00 to the 31st day from the moment of activation/automatic assignation after charging funds for the new package;
    • If the automatic assignment function is disabled after 30 days from the date of activation of the Internet package, the rest of the traffic is set to zero;
    • You can use the traffic within Internet package only in active status.
