Subscription fee is debited only with sufficient balance. If there is not enough money on the subscriber's balance to charge monthly subscription fee, then it will be charged according to daily subscription fee option, and the subscriber is assigned a daily limit of minutes and MB.

    Changes in terms on tariff plans will be in effect from April 22, 2019, after 16:00.

    Please note that the bonus limits provided for Facebook social network, Telegram, WhatsApp and Tas-IX within the terms of the tariff plan are not spent in the case of connecting via VPN/ “third-party” sites/ "third-party" mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini, Chrome, etc.).

    Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides amount of traffic specially for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.br /> When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
  • Easy exchange

    Easy exchange

    “Easy exchange” service is launched, within which subscribers have the opportunity to exchange unused minutes and SMS for megabytes and vice versa, as well as exchange megabytes for social networks and instant messengers for common megabytes, also on “Super mood” tariff plan you can exchange night MB for common MB.

    Price of exchange:

    • megabytes for minutes – 2000 soums,
    • minutes for megabytes – 5,000 soums.
    • SMS to megabytes – 5,000 soums.
    • Megabytes for SMS – 5,000 soums.
    • Megabytes on social networks to Common megabytes – 5,000 soums.
    • «Night megabytes» for common megabytes – 5000 soums;

    The service is available only on Mood, Active, Special and Student tariffs.

    The service is available for Mood, Active and Special tariffs subscribers.

    Terms:

    • A maximum of 1000 MB to min and vice versa, 500 SMS to MB and vice versa and 500 MB for social networks and Tas-IX can be exchanged per transaction.

    • From October, 3, 2019, there is no restrictions on the limit of transactions;

    • The validity period of the traffic is 7 days from the date of assignment;

    • Only minutes within network can be changed in the ratio of 2 to 1, that is, for every 2 minutes the subscriber will receive 1 MB of internet traffic. On Special tariff line and on Active 100 and Active 100 BN tariff plans, minutes within Uzbekistan can be exchanged in the ratio of 2 to 1, that is, for every 2 minutes exchanged a subscriber will receive 1 MB of internet traffic;

    • Outgoing SMS within Uzbekistan in the ratio of 2 to 1, that is, for every 2 SMS the subscriber will receive 1 MB of Internet traffic, or vice versa for every 2 MB of internet traffic the subscriber will receive 1 SMS.

    • MB for social networks, messengers and Tas-IX in a ratio of 5 to 1, that is, for every 5 MB for social networks, messengers and Tas-IX, the subscriber will receive 1 MB of common internet traffic.
  • “Restart” service
    1.“Restart” service is activated via USSD *222#.
    2.“Restart” service is available to subscribers in active status.
    3.Restart service provides a possibility to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service the monthly period of the subscriber is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.
    4.After activation of “Restart” service, the full monthly subscription fee is charged from the subscriber’s balance and full monthly limits are assigned within monthly subscription fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan.
    5.The rest of the limits (minutes within network/ outside network/within Uzbekistan/ SMS) assigned within the tariff plans and services (except “Convenient minutes” service) of a subscriber, as well as internet traffic within the tariff plans and “Internet transfer" service is set to zero when successful activation "Restart" service.
    6.Upon successful activation of Restart service, the validity period of the limits is set to 32 days from the moment of activation of this service, and the date of monthly tariff fee charging is set to 1 month from the date of the service activation.
    7.Upon successful activation of “Restart” service, a new monthly period of 1 month is determined.
    8.If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than subscription fee, then in this case monthly subscription fee is charged in full, and the balance becomes negative and the limits provided within monthly subscription fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber becomes active.
    9.Monthly subscription fee is charged and monthly tariff limits are assigned every month from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time charging is not fixed). The date of charging of monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of the last successful activation of "Restart" service. To charge monthly subscription fee, a subscriber needs to be in active status.
    10.If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in a blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number changes to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - On the next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber number is swapped to active status BEFORE trying to charge the tariff fee by the Company system. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber’s number changes to active status AFTER the Company’s system charges tariff fee. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    • After the monthly tariff fee has been charged, the limits provided for by the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan will be set. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly tariff fee according to the tariff plan.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits in the framework of tariff plans, we recommend to check preliminarily assignation of limits for the tariff plan using USSD request *102# and *103#. Before the limits are set, calls, SMS and Internet MB are charged according to the cost of destinations above the limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, after the transition from the blocked status and provided that the monthly tariff fee has not been charged, we recommend to activate Restart service using USSD *222#, thus, after successful activation of this service, the monthly fee will be charged from the subscriber balance and assigned limits within the tariff plan, and the monthly tariff fee charging period will be changed and set for a month from the date of the last successful activation of Restart service.
    11.You can disable “Restart” service only by changing the tariff plan to another open tariff plan of Prepaid system.
    12.Before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend you first check assignment of the limits of minutes and megabytes via USSD request *102#, *103# according to the terms of tariff plan. Before calculating the limit, calls and the internet are charged according to the limits above the limits within the tariffs according their terms.
  • Terms of “Supermood” tariff plan

    • * Monthly subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis without binding to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connects to the tariff plan on the 24th day of the month, the next monthly subscription fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber connects on the 31st, then the next subscription fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28/29th of February, if there are 31 days in the next month, then the 31st day.

    • Tariff plan is available for swapping or with a new connection.

    • Monthly limits in the framework of the tariff plan are set only after successful charging of the monthly tariff fee for the tariff for the current period. The monthly limits provided under the tariff plan will be valid for 32 days from the date of appointment. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in active status.

    • Monthly subscription fee is charged and the monthly tariff limits are assigned from 00:00 to 08:00 (the time for charging is not fixed). The date of monthly subscription fee charging in the monthly period is the connection date. To charge the monthly subscription fee, the subscriber needs to be in active status. If subscriber’s number is in the blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and limits are not assigned.

    • If at the time of monthly subscription fee charging, the balance remains less than the cost of the monthly subscription fee, then the monthly subscription fee is charged once in full, the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the monthly limits within the tariff are provided in full. Limits become available immediately after the subscriber number goes to the active status.

    • If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in a blocked status, the monthly subscription fee is not charged and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number changes to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - On the next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber number is swapped to active status BEFORE trying to charge the tariff fee by the Company system. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber’s number changes to active status AFTER the Company’s system charges tariff fee. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.

    •After the monthly tariff fee has been charged, the limits provided for by the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan will be set. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly tariff fee according to the tariff plan.

    • Night internet traffic limits can be used only within the period from 01:00 until 09:00. For correct tariffication of included limit of internet we recommend you not to start internet session in the period of transition of night traffic time to day-time (on 09:00) and vice versa (on 01:00).

    • When swapping from “Supermood” tariff to other open tariffs (except “Active”) the rest of night MB limit becomes unavailable:
    When swapping from “Supermood” tariff to some other tariff of “Mood” tariff line the rest of minutes for calls within Uzbekistan limit will be available for “off network” direction.

    • Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not use the minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan

    • The limits provided under the tariff plan are not available for subscribers in roaming.

    • Loyalty program “We appreciate you!” campaign is available for subscribers of this tariff plan.

    • Subscribers of “Supermood” tariff have access to “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet” and “Convenient minutes” services.

    • Subscribers of “Supermood” tariff plan do not have access to “0 within network”, “VIP” and the “Convenient within the network” service packages, as well as “Convenient within Uzbekistan” services

    • To those subscribers, who use internet services, we recommend to read more information about the fund reservation system and the peculiarities of the 4G network operation

    • We announce that from September 30, 2019, Supermood tariff will be unavailable for new connections and swaps.
