Additional terms
• Starting from 21.12.2020, on Active 45, Active 70 and Active 100 tariff plans (except for subscribers who joined "Beautiful number in installments" service), the negative balance of subscribers who are inactive for more than 30 days will be restored to 0 UZS.
• Active tariff plans are available for Prepaid subscribers.
• Active tariff plans are available for new connections and for swapping to them.
• The daily tariff fee is charged and limits are set on Active tariff plans every day from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed), provided that the monthly fee for the current period has not been charged from the balance sheet subscriber.
If at the time of writing off the daily tariff fee, there is less money left on the balance than the cost of the tariff fee, then in this case the daily tariff fee is charged once in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided for by the daily tariff fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition to active status.
If on the 16th day from the beginning of the monthly period the monthly tariff fee has not been charged from the subscriber balance, then from this day until the end of the monthly period the daily tariff fee will be charged.
• Limits assigned on a daily tariff fee are available to subscribers until the end of the monthly subscriber period in which they were assigned.
• Limits assigned within the framework of tariff plans are available to subscribers only in active status.
• Monthly tariff fee is charged monthly without reference to the 1st day of the calendar month. For example, if a subscriber connected to the tariff plan on the 24th, then the next monthly tariff fee will be charged on the 24th of the next month. If the subscriber has connected on the 31st, the next tariff fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28/29th of the month of February, if the next month is 31 days, then the 31st.
• The monthly tariff fee is charged and the monthly tariff limits are set monthly from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (charging time is not fixed). The date of charging monthly tariff fee is the date of connection or transition to the tariff plan. For this charge of the monthly tariff fee in full, the subscriber must have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance sheet. If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee there are not enough funds on the subscriber’s balance, the subscriber has the opportunity to refill the balance at any time convenient for him within 16 days after the date of connection/transition to the tariff plan.
As soon as the subscriber refills his balance, the monthly tariff fee will be charged IMMEDIATELY in full (including for the days when the daily tariff fee was charged) and all limits according to the terms of the tariff plan (within the monthly tariff fee) will also be set in full and will be valid until the end of the monthly period.
The system will attempt to charge a monthly tariff fee on the 16th day only until 08:00.
• On the 16th day from the start of the cycle according to the tariff plan, an attempt to charge off the monthly tariff fee and assignment of limits occurs once between 00:00 and 07:59 and the time of its charging is not fixed.
In order to successfully charge the monthly tariff fee and set appropriate limits on this day at 00:00, it is recommended that you have a sufficient amount on your balance sheet to fully charge the monthly tariff fee.
If at the time of writing off the monthly tariff fee there is not enough money on the balance sheet, the Company’s system will not make a second attempt to charge it off, even if the subscriber replenishes the balance before 08:00. After 08:00 o'clock on the 16th day, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there is enough money on the balance of the subscriber number to charge it.
• The monthly limits provided under the tariff plan are valid for 32 days from the date of appointment. Moreover, the monthly limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity.
• At the beginning of a new monthly period, the limits can be added to the limits of the previous period, while the validity of the limits of the previous period is not extended.
• In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend that you check the crediting of the limits of minutes, SMS and Internet traffic using USSD-requests * 102 # and * 103 #. Prior to charging the limits, calls, SMS and the Internet are charged according to the cost of destinations in excess of the limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan.
• The monthly period is one month from the date of connection / transition to these tariffs. 1 month includes the period from the date of connection / transition to the tariff plan to the next period of charging the monthly tariff fee.
• When you reconnect/swap to the tariff plan, the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (NOT SCALED) if there is the necessary amount on the subscriber’s balance. If at the time of the tariff plan change the subscriber’s balance does not have enough funds to charge the monthly tariff fee, the system will charge the daily tariff fee.
• With a new connection on the first day, if the subscriber does not have enough money on the main balance to charge the monthly tariff fee, the daily tariff fee will not be charged. The system will begin to attempt to charge the daily tariff fee according to the tariff conditions from the next day, after the day of connection.
• Remains of limits within the framework of tariff plans when swapping to tariff plans of Active line can be summed up with limits within the framework of the selected tariff plan, while the validity of the previous limits is not extended, i.e. the validity of previously assigned limits remains the same.
• When making a video call via the Telegram app, Internet traffic will be consumed within the allocated general limit on the tariff plan, and not Internet traffic in the direction for social networks.
It is important to know that when checking limits using USSD-requests *102# and *103#, the subscribers will see the expiration date of the limits assigned within Active tariff plan.
• When swaping from Active tariff plans to other open tariff plans, the rest of the night MB limit becomes unavailable.
• Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided within the limits of the tariff plan.
• Limits provided under tariff plans are not available for roaming subscribers.
• Subscribers of the Active line tariff plans cannot use the “0 within the network” services, VIP and the “Convenient within network” or “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service packages.
• Limits for TAS-IX, Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp are available for usage only when there are at least 2250 soums on the main balance or 5 MB for external internet.
• The limits of night Internet traffic can be used exclusively during the period from 01:00 to 09:00 hours.
• For the correct billing of the included Internet limit, we recommend that you do not start an Internet session during the transition from the night to day traffic (at 09:00) and vice versa (at 01:00).
• Torrent files (download file, torrent protocols, bittorrent) downloaded from TAS-IX sites will consume Internet traffic as part of the tariff, and not Internet traffic allocated for TAS-IX.
• The list of IP addresses that define the TAS-IX zone can be downloaded
here. If the site declared in the TAS-IX zone is not included in the range of IP addresses listed in the list on the Company's website, the Company is not responsible for the traffic spent.

The conditions for charging a monthly tariff fee for subscribers who have connected/swapped to tariff plans before November 12, 2018:
• The monthly tariff fee is charged and the limits are set on the first day of each month from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charge-off time is not fixed). For this, the subscriber needs to have a sufficient amount of funds on the balance sheet to charge the monthly tariff fee in full. If the subscriber’s balance on the first day of the month did not have enough funds to charge the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber has the opportunity to replenish the balance at any time convenient for him from the 1st to the 15th day (inclusive) of the month.
• As soon as the subscriber replenishes his balance with an amount sufficient to charge the tariff fee, the monthly tariff fee will be deducted IMMEDIATELY in full (including for the days on which the daily tariff fee was charged), the limits according to the tariff plan will also be set in full volume and will be valid until the end of the monthly period.
• On the 16th day of a month, an attempt to charge off a monthly tariff fee and assignment of limits occurs once between 00:00 and 07:59 and the time of charging is not fixed. To successfully charge the monthly tariff fee and set the appropriate limits on this day of the calendar month at 00:00, we recommend that you have enough money on your balance sheet to completely charge the monthly tariff fee. If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee there was not enough money, the Company’s system does not re-attempt to charge it, even if the subscriber replenishes the balance before 08:00. After 08:00 hours on the 16th day and until the end of the calendar month, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and limits on the tariff plan are not assigned, even if there is enough money on the balance of the subscriber number to charge it. Starting from this day until the end of the monthly period, the daily tariff fee will be charged from the subscriber balance.
• If at the time of writing off the monthly tariff fee, the balance of the subscriber has less than the cost of the monthly tariff fee, then in this case the daily tariff fee will be deducted from the subscriber’s balance. If during the deduction of the daily tariff fee, the balance of the funds is less than the cost of the daily tariff fee, then in this case the daily tariff fee is deducted once in full, while the balance becomes negative and the daily limits stipulated by the tariff are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition to an active status.
• For subscribers who have connected/swapped to Active tariff plans until 12/12/2018, the monthly period is a calendar month from the 1st date to the last day of the month.
