    Please note that the bonus limits provided for Facebook social network, Telegram, WhatsApp and Tas-IX within the terms of the tariff plan are not spent in the case of connecting via VPN/ “third-party” sites/ "third-party" mobile browsers (for example, Opera Mini, Chrome, etc.).

    Attention!
    Holders of messengers and social networks use a specific range of IP addresses and protocols to provide their services. Ucell provides amount of traffic specially for these (registered) ranges. Ucell is not responsible for changing of ranges of IP addresses and protocols by their holders, in this cases traffic charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
    When connecting to social networks and messengers via proxy servers, VPN or third party websites traffic charges according to Ucell-Internet price by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

    Note
    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.
  • Important to know!

    Starting from November 1, 2021, the validity period of the monthly limits provided within the “Special+” tariff line is 1 month, instead of current monthly cycle (32 days);
    1. Writing off monthly subscription fees and assigning limits:
    - When connecting to “Special +” tariff plans, the first monthly subscription fee is debited, if there is enough funds on subscriber's balance to completely write off the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan. In case of a lack of funds for the complete write-off of the monthly subscription fee, the subscription fee will not be charged and the subscriber number will not switch to active status. If subscriber`s number does not switch to active status within 48 hours after activation, the number will be terminated and the Agreement will be terminated unilaterally.
    - The date of debiting the monthly subscription fee in the monthly period is the date of the subscriber's connection or transition to the tariff plan.
    - The monthly subscription fee is debited in the interval of once a month from the date of successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is the date of the last successful debiting of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan. For example, if the monthly subscription fee was debited on the 24th, then the next subscription fee will be debited on the 24th of the next month. If the subscription fee was debited on the 31st, and next month 30 days, then the next subscription fee will be debited on the 30th, or on the 28/29 of February.
    - The monthly subscription fee is written off and monthly limits are assigned within the framework of the tariff in the period from 00:00 to 08:00 am (the charging time is not fixed). To charge the monthly subscription fee, the user must be in active status.
    - If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee there is not enough funds on the balance to write off the subscription fee, then the monthly subscription fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber's balance becomes negative and the monthly limits provided for by the tariff are assigned in full. The limits become available after the subscriber`s number switches to active status.
    -If at the time of charging the monthly subscription fee, the subscriber`s number is in a blocked status, then the subscription fee will not be charged and no limits are assigned. The monthly subscription fee will be debited IMMEDIATELY after the subscriber number switches to active status and the limits will be assigned within the subscriber`s tariff plan. Further, the subscription fee will be charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber, i.e. the subsequent write-off of the subscription fee under the tariff plan will take place within 1 month from the date of the last successful write-off of the subscription fee under the tariff plan.

    We remind you that before 11/01/2021:
    If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in blocked status, the monthly tariff fee is not charged and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number switches to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - In the coming night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber number has switched to active status BEFORE trying to charge the subscription fee by the Company system. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed), if the subscriber's number swaps to active status AFTER the Company's system attempted to charge. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    After the monthly tariff fee charged, limits will be assigned according to the subscriber's tariff plan. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan.


    - Monthly limits within the tariff plan are assigned only after the successful debiting of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff for the current period. The validity period of monthly limits provided within the tariff plan is 1 month from the date of appointment. The rest of the unused limits on the tariff plan (if available) becomes unavailable in the new period.
    - In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plans, we recommend you to first check the assignment of limits for the tariff plan using the USSD request *102# and *103#. Before setting the limits, calls, SMS and MB are charged according to the cost for directions over the limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan.
    Pay attention:
    Limits, assigned within the terms of tariff plan for the current monthly period, are available for use until the subscription fee is charged on the set date for the next monthly period. After subscription fee charging on the set date and assigning limits for a new period, the previous limits become unavailable. If the monthly subscription fee for the new period was not charged on the set date (taking into account a positive balance of subscriber`s number), the limits assigned after the last charge of monthly subscription fee will be available until 05:59:59.
    2. “We appreciate you!” loyalty program is available for subscribers of new tariff plans of the “Special +” line.
    3. Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume minutes provided within the limits of tariff plans.
    The limits provided within tariff plans are not available for roaming subscribers.
    4. Subscribers of “Special +” tariff plans have access to “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet”, “Convenient minutes”, “Number freeze”, “Internet gift” services, as well as special internet packages.
    5. The subscribers of new tariff plans of the “Special +” line do not have access to iTV and Mediabay services.
    6. The rest of unlimited minutes within Uzbekistan received within the “Special 55+”, “Special 80+”, and “Special 125+” tariff plans will be unavailable after changing the tariff plan to another tariff plan.
    7. Detailed information on the issues of subscriber`s insurance can be obtained by calling the short number of IC “Apex Insurance” 1188.

  • Restart service

    1. Restart service is activated via USSD *222#.
    2. Restart service is available to subscribers in active status.
    3. Restart service provides the ability to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service the monthly period of the subscriber is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.
    4. After activating Restart service, the full monthly tariff fee is charged from the subscriber balance, and the full monthly limits are set as part of the monthly tariff fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan. Further, the monthly tariff fee is charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber. Conditions for charging a monthly tariff fee and assigning monthly limits are carried out in accordance with the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan.
    5. If at the time of activating Restart service the balance is less than the price of the tariff fee, then in this case the monthly tariff fee will be charged in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided for the monthly tariff fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber to the active status.
    6. Upon successful activation of Restart service the validity period of the monthly limits provided within the tariff plan is 1 month from the date of appointment. The rest of the unused limits on the tariff plan (if available) becomes unavailable in the new period.
  • 2 GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS and 10 GB for 45 000 UZS campaign
    Terms of activation of 2GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS and 10 GB for 45 000 UZS internet packages within campaign:

    • Activation of internet package 2 GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS, 10 GB for 45 000 UZS available twice a month for one subscriber;
    • Connection of the internet package is available only after charging a monthly tariff fee for the current month;
    • The internet package is connected with the automatic assignment function;
    • Activation/deactivating the internet package is carried out via USSD *255#;
    • Checking the balance of internet traffic is carried out via USSD *107#;
    • With a new connection, before starting to use internet, it is necessary to check the purpose of the new package in order to avoid additional charges;
    • With the active function of automatically assigning internet packages after 30 days (depending on the package purchased) from the date of activation of the package with a sufficient amount of funds in the balance, the system will assign a new package of face value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package will be set to zero. Traffic of the new internet package will be assigned from 00:00 to the 31st day from the moment of activation/automatic assignation after charging funds for the new package;
    • If the automatic assignment function is disabled after 30 days from the date of activation of the internet package, the rest of the traffic is set to zero;
    • You can use the traffic within internet package only in active status.
  • Insurance Terms

    The insurer is Apex Insurance, the subscriber is the insured person, the beneficiary is the insured person or his heirs.
    The insurance amount is established in the amount of: 12,000,000.00 (twelve million) soums.
    The cost of subscribing to online insurance is set at 2,000.00 (two thousand) soums for each month of insurance.
    Insurance coverage begins on the 5th day after a successful transition to the tariff plan of Special+ line.
    The insurance payment is provided only to the subscriber of the Coscom LLC subscription number.
    The insurance period is set equal to 1 calendar month, for each month of subscriber activity. In case of non-payment by the subscriber of the monthly fee within 1 month, the validity of insurance protection is terminated on the 5th day of expiration of the subscriber's activity.
    Apex Insurance has the right to refuse payment if:
    • The Insured / Beneficiary did not promptly notify Apex Insurance (Apex Insurance) about the Insured Event;
    • as of the date of the accident, the tariff plan (“Special 35+”, “Special 55+”, “Special 80+” and “Special 125+”) of the Insured Person was not valid or payment of the Play Mobile insurance payment for this Insured Person was not made, in view of not paying a monthly fee;
    • the Insured person previously had a corresponding category of disability prior to the date of the accident;
    • The Insured Person / Beneficiary has not submitted the documents and information necessary to establish the Insured Event, or provided knowingly false information;
    • The insured person / beneficiary has prevented the access of a trusted Apex Insurance expert doctor to the injured person.
    Claims Settlement:
    In the event of an accident, which may result in the obligation of Apex Insurance to make the insurance payment, the Insured / Beneficiary is obliged to send Apex Insurance in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the accident (written form also means the use of electronic communications , with subsequent written confirmation to the address below) Application in the form of Appendix No. 6 to the General Agreement, stating the reasons and circumstances of the event, and attach the documents below.
    1. The following documents must be attached to the application (depending on what happened):
    a) in case of permanent damage to the health (disability) of the Insured:
    • documentary evidence (resolution, certificate) from the competent authorities authorized to investigate the circumstances of the event;
    • the original or a certified copy of the document certifying the fact of the accident, containing information about the circumstances and place of the incident (certificate, copies of records in the medical record, the report of the forensic medical examination, the conclusion of the MAC or other documents);
    • an act of form H-1, if the accident occurred during working hours when the insured person was at work;
    • the original or a certified copy of the MLEC conclusion indicating the degree of disability;
    • a copy of the identity document of the Insured / Beneficiary or another person authorized to receive the Insurance payment.
    b) upon the death of the Insured:
    • documentary evidence (resolution, certificate) from the competent authorities authorized to investigate the circumstances of the event;
    • the original or a certified copy of the document certifying the fact of the accident, containing information about the circumstances and place of the incident (certificate, copies of records in the medical record, the report of the forensic medical examination, the conclusion of the VKK or other documents);
    • an act of form H-1, if the accident occurred during working hours when the insured person was at work;
    • a copy of the death certificate; • a copy of the identity document of the Beneficiary or, in the absence of the Beneficiary, a document establishing the right of succession of the person authorized to receive the Insurance payment.
    2. Apex Insurance has the right to reduce the above list of documents, or to request additional documents from the Beneficiary, if, taking into account specific circumstances, their absence makes it impossible to establish the fact of an insured event and determine the amount of loss.

    INSURANCE INDEMNITY PAYMENT PROCEDURE
    The amount of the Insurance indemnity in connection with the occurrence of the Insured Event resulting in:
    a) permanent damage to the health (disability) of the Insured, the Insurance benefit is paid as a percentage of the personal insurance amount, in the following amounts:
    a) disability of group III - 40%;
    b) disability of group II - 70%;
    c) disability of group I - 100%.
    If the Insured person is established during the insurance period in accordance with the Public Offer of a higher disability group, the Insurance Payout is carried out minus the previously paid amounts for insured events with the Insured Person.
    b) the death of the Insured, is made in the amount of 100% of the personal insurance amount specified in the Public Offer minus the previously paid insurance payment amounts.
    The total amount of insurance payments made by Apex Insurance in one or several Insured Events that occurred with the same Insured Person during the Insurance Period cannot exceed the personal insurance amount.
