    Smartphones spend mobile traffic in the background by default for: system and application updates; synchronization data with widgets (weather, calendar and other) and social networks, also for counter analysts (Google, google-analytics.com , googletagmanager.com, gstatic.com, stats.g.doubleclick.net). Internet traffic for this directions charges according to price of Ucell-Internet by the terms of tariff plan or traffic charges from existing internet balance which provided for all directions.

  • Additional information

    The updated on 13.01.2021 (from 10 a.m.)conditions for granting limits for existing subscribers of Special tariff line will be provided at subsequent tariff fee charge.
    For new connections, tariff change, or Restart service usage, the limits under the new conditions are set immediately after the subscription fee is charged.

    Starting from 26.10.2020, on Special 35, Special 55, Special 80, Special 125 and Special Unlim tariff plans (except for subscribers who joined "Beautiful number in installments" service), the negative balance of subscribers who are inactive for more than 30 days will be restored to 0 UZS.

    Starting from 10.11.2020, on Special 45, Special 70, Special 100 and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans (except for subscribers who joined "Beautiful number in installments" service), the negative balance of subscribers who are inactive for more than 30 days will be restored to 0 UZS.

    For “Special 35”, “Special 45”, “Special 55”, “Special 70”, “Special 80”, “Special 100” and “Special 125” tariff plans
    • Tariff plans are available for new connections and for the transition of Prepaid subscribers to them.
    The monthly tariff fee is charged monthly without reference to the 1st day of the calendar month: if the subscriber has connected / swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly tariff fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber has connected / swapped to the tariff plan on the 31st, the next tariff fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28/29th of the month of February, if there will be 31 days in the next month, then the 31st.
    • Monthly limits in the framework of the tariff plan are set only after successful charging of the monthly tariff fee for the tariff for the current period. The monthly limits provided under the tariff plan will be valid for 32 days from the date of appointment. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
    • A monthly tariff fee is charged and monthly limits are assigned within the framework of the tariff plan on a monthly basis from 00:00 to 08:00 (the charge-off time is not fixed). The date of charging a monthly tariff fee in a monthly period is the date of subscription or transfer of the subscriber to the tariff plan. To charge a monthly tariff fee, the subscriber must be in active status. If the subscriber number is in a blocked status, then the monthly
    • If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, less than the cost of the monthly tariff fee is left on the balance sheet, then in this case the monthly tariff fee is debited once in full, while the subscriber's balance becomes negative and the monthly limits provided for by the tariff plan are assigned in full .     • If at the time of charging the monthly tariff fee, the subscriber number is in a blocked status, the monthly tariff fee is not deducted and no limits are set. In this case, when the subscriber number switches to active status, the monthly tariff fee is charged:
    - On the next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charge-off time is not fixed), if the subscriber number has swapped to active status BEFORE trying to charge the tariff fee by the Company system. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charge-off time is not fixed), if the subscriber’s number changes to active status AFTER the Company’s system charges the charge-off fee. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
    • After the monthly tariff fee is debited, the limits stipulated by the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan will be set. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly tariff fee according to the tariff plan.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, after the transition from the blocked status and provided that the monthly tariff fee has not been charged, we recommend that you activate the Restart service using USSD *222#, thus, after the successful activation of this service, the monthly tariff fee will be charged and will be assigned limits within the tariff plan, and the monthly tariff fee deduction period will be changed and set for a month from the date of the last successful activation of the Restart service.
    • When you reconnect / swap to the tariff plan, the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a positive balance.
    • Loyalty program “We appreciate you!” available for subscribers of Special tariff plans.
    • Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided within the limits of tariff plans.
    • Limits provided under tariff plans are not available for roaming subscribers.
    • Subscribers of Special line tariff plans have access to the “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet”, “Convenient Minutes”, “Number Freeze”, “Limit Exchange” services, as well as the “2 GB” and “3 GB” campaigns.
    • Subscribers of the new tariff plans of the Special line cannot use the “0 within the network” services, VIP and the “Convenient within network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service packages.
    • When swapping from Special tariff plans to “Mood” tariff plans (except for “Super mood” tariff plan), the rest of the minutes limit for calls within Uzbekistan becomes available outside the network.
    • Subscribers of Special tariff plans (Option “Minutes” and “Megabytes”), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X and Best can also switch to Special tariff plans.
    • The rest of the minutes limits for Uzbekistan under the tariff plans Special (Option “Minutes” and “Megabytes”), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X when switching to new tariff plans Special can be checked using USSD request * 109 # .
    • The remaining MB of the nighttime Internet traffic limit under the Special tariff plan (Option “Megabytes”) when switching to Special tariff plans becomes unavailable.
    • The rest of the limit for calls outside the network within the framework of the Special tariff plan (Option “Minutes”) when switching to Special tariff plans becomes available for calls within Uzbekistan.
    • Subscribers of the tariff plans Special 35, Special 45, Special 55, Special 70, Special 80, Special 100 and Special 125 are available to switch to other open tariff plans, except for the Easy Week tariff plan.
    • When reconnecting a tariff plan with a “beautiful number”, after refilling the balance, it is necessary to verify the successful charging of the tariff fee and setting limits using the USSD request *102# and *103#. If the tariff fee has not been charged after refilling the balance, we recommend using Restart service.
    • At the beginning of a new monthly period, the limits can be added to the limits of the previous period, while the validity of the limits of the previous period is not extended.

    For Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans
    • The validity of limits within the tariff plan: Minutes and SMS - 32 days, high-speed Internet traffic - until the end of the calendar month. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity. At the beginning of a new monthly period, the limits can be added up with the limits of the previous period, while the validity of the limits of the previous period is not extended.
    • The tariff fee is charged and the limits are set within the tariff plan on the first day of each new month from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed). If the subscriber is in a blocked status at the time of cancellation, the tariff fee is not debited and no limits are set. The tariff fee will be charged when the subscriber switches from the blocked status to the active one. When a subscriber number changes to the active status, the monthly subscription fee is debited:
    1. Immediately, if the subscription balance is equal to or exceeds the monthly subscription fee for the tariff.
    2. on the next night, during the period from 00: 00 to 08: 00 (the time of debiting is not fixed), if the subscriber number switched to the active status BEFORE the company's system attempted to debit the subscription fee. An attempt to charge the subscription fee is made once during the above-mentioned period.
    3. on the following night, between 00: 00 and 08: 00 (the time of debiting is not fixed), if the subscriber number has switched to the active status AFTER an attempt to debit the subscription fee. An attempt to write off the subscription fee is made by the Company's system once during the above-mentioned period.
    After the monthly subscription fee is debited, limits will be set according to the subscriber's tariff plan. The deducted monthly subscription fee does not shift the date of subsequent deduction of the monthly subscription fee under the tariff plan.
    • If at the time of charging the tariff fee, the subscriber’s balance is less than the cost of the tariff fee, then in this case the tariff fee is charged once in full, while the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the limits stipulated by the tariff plan are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber number to the active status.
    • After charging off the tariff fee, limits will be set according to the tariff plan. The written-off tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the tariff fee according to the tariff plan; the validity period of the limits is also not shifted.
    • In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend that you preliminarily check the allocation of limits for the tariff plan using the USSD request * 102 # and * 868 #. Prior to the appointment of the minutes, SMS and MB limits, the tariffication is carried out according to the cost in the directions above the limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan.
    • When switching / reconnecting to the tariff plan, the monthly tariff fee is deducted scaled (the cost of the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned proportionally to the number of days left until the end of the current month), the limits are valid until the end of the current month.     • The remainder of the minutes limits within Uzbekistan and Internet traffic within the tariff plan, when swapping to Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans, become unavailable.
    • When switching from the Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans to other tariffs, the provided unlimited Internet traffic becomes unavailable.
    • Subscribers of the Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans will be able to switch to other open tariff plans, except for Easy week tariff plan.
    • iTV и Mediabay services are unavailable for activation on Drive, Special Unlim, Fabulous internet tariff plans.
  • Terms of Reset service for Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans

    1. When activating the Reset service, subscribers update their monthly limits (including high-speed Internet traffic) on any day of the monthly period, and the limits provided will be valid until the end of the current month.
    2. Reset service is activated using USSD *222#
    3. Reset service is available to subscribers in active status.
    4. The cost of activating the service is equal to the cost of the monthly subscription fee for the tariff. When you activate the service within a month after the 1st of day, the cost of the service changes in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month. In this case, the limits are assigned and act in the same proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the current month.
    5. If, at the time of Restart service activation, the balance is less than the cost of the subscription fee, then in this case the subscription fee will be charged in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided by the subscription fee are assigned for the days until the end of the month. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber to active status.
  • Terms of Restart service for Special 35, Special 45, Special 55, Special 70, Special 80, Special 100 and Special 125 tariff plans

    1. Restart service is activated via USSD *222#.
    2. Restart service is available to subscribers in active status.
    3. Restart service provides the ability to activate monthly limits according to the terms of the tariff plan. After successful activation of this service the monthly period of the subscriber is updated according to the date of the last successful activation of this service.
    4. After activating Restart service, the full monthly tariff fee is charged from the subscriber balance, and the full monthly limits are set as part of the monthly tariff fee of the subscriber’s tariff plan. Further, the monthly tariff fee is charged according to the new monthly period of the subscriber. Conditions for charging a monthly tariff fee and assigning monthly limits are carried out in accordance with the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan.
    5. If at the time of activating Restart service the balance is less than the price of the tariff fee, then in this case the monthly tariff fee will be charged in full, while the balance becomes negative and the limits provided for the monthly tariff fee are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber to the active status.
    6. Upon successful activation of Restart service, the validity period of the limits is set to 32 days from the moment of activation of this service.
    7. Upon successful activation of Restart service, a new monthly period is determined for a period of 1 month.
    8. "Restart" service can be used only once a day (from the beginning of the current day, from 00:00 to 23:59)
  • 2 GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS and 10 GB for 45 000 UZS campaign
    Terms of activation of 2GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS and 10 GB for 45 000 UZS internet packages within campaign:

    • Activation of internet packages 2 GB for 10 000 UZS, 3 GB for 15 000 UZS, 6 GB for 27 000 UZS, 10 GB for 45 000 UZS is available only twice a month for one subscriber;
    • Connection of the internet package is available only after charging a monthly tariff fee for the current month;
    • The internet package is connected with the automatic assignment function;
    • Activation/deactivating the internet package is carried out via USSD *255#;
    • Checking the balance of internet traffic is carried out via USSD *107#;
    • With a new connection, before starting to use internet, it is necessary to check the purpose of the new package in order to avoid additional charges;
    • With the active function of automatically assigning internet packages after 30 days (depending on the package purchased) from the date of activation of the package with a sufficient amount of funds in the balance, the system will assign a new package of face value purchased earlier. At the same time, the traffic remaining from the previously purchased package will be set to zero. Traffic of the new internet package will be assigned from 00:00 to the 31st day from the moment of activation/automatic assignation after charging funds for the new package;
    • If the automatic assignment function is disabled after 30 days from the date of activation of the Internet package, the rest of the traffic is set to zero;
    • You can use the traffic within Internet package only in active status.
