The updated on 13.01.2021 (from 10 a.m.)conditions for granting limits for existing subscribers of Special tariff line will be provided at subsequent tariff fee charge.
For new connections, tariff change, or Restart service usage, the limits under the new conditions are set immediately after the subscription fee is charged.
Starting from 26.10.2020, on Special 35, Special 55, Special 80, Special 125 and Special Unlim tariff plans (except for subscribers who joined "Beautiful number in installments" service), the negative balance of subscribers who are inactive for more than 30 days will be restored to 0 UZS.
Starting from 10.11.2020, on Special 45, Special 70, Special 100 and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans (except for subscribers who joined "Beautiful number in installments" service), the negative balance of subscribers who are inactive for more than 30 days will be restored to 0 UZS.
For “Special 35”, “Special 45”, “Special 55”, “Special 70”, “Special 80”, “Special 100” and “Special 125” tariff plans
• Tariff plans are available for new connections and for the transition of Prepaid subscribers to them.
The monthly tariff fee is charged monthly without reference to the 1st day of the calendar month: if the subscriber has connected / swapped to the tariff plan on the 24th day, the next monthly tariff fee will be charged on the 24th day of the next month. If the subscriber has connected / swapped to the tariff plan on the 31st, the next tariff fee will be charged on the 30th, or on the 28/29th of the month of February, if there will be 31 days in the next month, then the 31st.
• Monthly limits in the framework of the tariff plan are set only after successful charging of the monthly tariff fee for the tariff for the current period. The monthly limits provided under the tariff plan will be valid for 32 days from the date of appointment. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity. Monthly limits are available to subscribers only in active status.
• A monthly tariff fee is charged and monthly limits are assigned within the framework of the tariff plan on a monthly basis from 00:00 to 08:00 (the charge-off time is not fixed). - The next night, from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charge-off time is not fixed), if the subscriber’s number changes to active status AFTER the Company’s system charges the charge-off fee. An attempt to charge a monthly fee is made once during the above period.
• After the monthly tariff fee is debited, the limits stipulated by the terms of the subscriber's tariff plan will be set. Charging of monthly tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the monthly tariff fee according to the tariff plan.

• When you reconnect / swap to the tariff plan, the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned in full (not scaled) if there is a positive balance.
• Loyalty program “We appreciate you!” available for subscribers of Special tariff plans.
• Calls to infotainment services and international destinations do not consume the minutes provided within the limits of tariff plans.
• Limits provided under tariff plans are not available for roaming subscribers.
• Subscribers of Special line tariff plans have access to the “You’ve got a call”, “Night Internet”, “Convenient Minutes”, “Number Freeze”, “Limit Exchange” services, as well as the “2 GB” and “3 GB” campaigns.
• Subscribers of the new tariff plans of the Special line cannot use the “0 within the network” services, VIP and the “Convenient within network” and “Convenient within Uzbekistan” service packages.
• When swapping from Special tariff plans to “Mood” tariff plans (except for “Super mood” tariff plan), the rest of the minutes limit for calls within Uzbekistan becomes available outside the network.
• Subscribers of Special tariff plans (Option “Minutes” and “Megabytes”), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X and Best can also switch to Special tariff plans.
• The rest of the minutes limits for Uzbekistan under the tariff plans Special (Option “Minutes” and “Megabytes”), Special Mini, Special Mix, Special Super, Special X when switching to new tariff plans Special can be checked using USSD request * 109 # .

For Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans
• The validity of limits within the tariff plan: Minutes and SMS - 32 days, high-speed Internet traffic - until the end of the calendar month. Moreover, the limits for the previous monthly period will be valid according to their validity. At the beginning of a new monthly period, the limits can be added up with the limits of the previous period, while the validity of the limits of the previous period is not extended.
• The tariff fee is charged and the limits are set within the tariff plan on the first day of each new month from 00:00 to 08:00 hours (the charging time is not fixed). If the subscriber is in a blocked status at the time of cancellation, the tariff fee is not debited and no limits are set. The tariff fee will be charged when the subscriber switches from the blocked status to the active one. When a subscriber number changes to the active status, the monthly subscription fee is debited:
1. Immediately, if the subscription balance is equal to or exceeds the monthly subscription fee for the tariff.
2. on the next night, during the period from 00: 00 to 08: 00 (the time of debiting is not fixed), if the subscriber number switched to the active status BEFORE the company's system attempted to debit the subscription fee. • If at the time of charging the tariff fee, the subscriber’s balance is less than the cost of the tariff fee, then in this case the tariff fee is charged once in full, while the subscriber’s balance becomes negative and the limits stipulated by the tariff plan are assigned in full. Limits become available immediately after the transition of the subscriber number to the active status.
• After charging off the tariff fee, limits will be set according to the tariff plan. The written-off tariff fee does not shift the date of the subsequent charging of the tariff fee according to the tariff plan; the validity period of the limits is also not shifted.
• In order to avoid misunderstandings, before using the limits within the tariff plan, we recommend that you preliminarily check the allocation of limits for the tariff plan using the USSD request * 102 # and * 868 #. Prior to the appointment of the minutes, SMS and MB limits, the tariffication is carried out according to the cost in the directions above the limits, according to the terms of the tariff plan.
• When switching / reconnecting to the tariff plan, the monthly tariff fee is deducted scaled (the cost of the monthly tariff fee and limits are charged/assigned proportionally to the number of days left until the end of the current month), the limits are valid until the end of the current month. • Subscribers of the Special Unlim and Special Unlim Turbo tariff plans will be able to switch to other open tariff plans, except for Easy week tariff plan.
• iTV и Mediabay services are unavailable for activation on Drive, Special Unlim, Fabulous internet tariff plans and on COSMO tariff line.
